They just close request tickets saying “we will look into it”, this city is a joke

It is easy to interact with various city services with this application. I give GoMPK my endorsement.
Great during pandemic
Since times are getting more tough during this pandemic and lock down, graffiti has went up. Reported the tagging in the app and literally in 2 days it was removed .
App Won’t Connect
I really wish this app worked better. It keeps telling me that I need to connect the app to cellular or WiFi. Both my cellular and WiFi are connected and all of my apps work just fine. Not sure if there’s a glitch. I’ve deleted and re-downloaded this app serval times only to encounter the same issue. Any resolution would be great.

Awesome!
Great little app with basic features that enables users to search their knowledge database for city information. In addition you can download PDF version of the City News for latest information and events. Their issue tracking system enables the user to submit issues and track them at your own convenience. My Issue was closed within 3 working days, which is within their system expected closed date. The app has a lot of potential to grow to help improve our city.

Finally!
This is the app I've been waiting for my whole life! As a resident of Monterey Park, there are tons of things that I see that I would love to give my two cents on. This app finally allows me to do this without having to call the city or make a trip down to city hall. It's extremely convenient and helpful. I feel like I'm making a difference in my city. I'm happy to see this great city finally making change. Not to mention, the artwork of this app is pretty darn sweet! Well done app logo designer.
