Just got the App, finding it easy to use, and now I can see if the bus is on time or actually coming, it saves me standing at the bus stop in the cold.
I love this app
Go north east has made its so easy for me to travel to school and back I am now able to know how long of time I have until my bus arrives which is extremely important thanks so much .
Awful app
Always crashing, always getting logged out and servers are always down. It’s starting to look like Ubisoft connect these days.

When they turn up and not get cancelled. I depend on this bus to get me to work on time.
Ticket didn’t load
I paid for a ticket, activated it etc but it failed to load in the app when I was asked for it. Inspectors were helpful and accommodating but this just shouldn’t happen
Live tracking doesn’t work anymore

Do not take this bus
I Just got out of school and I don’t have any other transport to get to my house and my school other than the bus I take the X20 to Langley Park this afternoon I had to run to the bus stop as fast as I can by the time I go to the bus the bus driver looked at me rolled his eyes,shut the doors and drove off I tried to run after it as to day at school I got bullied,shouted at by all my teachers and didn’t get to eat lunch, and all I wanted to do was go home,take a shower, and have a nice rest of my afternoon. So I waited for the other bus and t that one to drove past me, and finally at the third bus I got on but the bus driver gave me a DEATH GLARE and sighed heavily and the whole bus smelled like vapes and cigarettes hopefully someone sees this and reads it so they know not to take this bus.

The bus driver missed my stop and thought it was funny so he started laughing at me

You would think that after 4 years of having the app it would have got better. Nope.
Buses scheduled to come on the timetables just don’t turn up. App doesn’t update to say they’ve cancelled or have any info or they will just disappear from tracking. That when they are even being tracked.
One moment it’s telling you the bus is 20 minutes so you have enough time, then it will suddenly change to sooner and then later again.
Like now I’m sat waiting for the 08:50 24 service from South Shields to Sunderland. Tracked it to the South Shields interchange and has just vanished off the map! No cancelled sign or anything just gone. So I guess I’m going to be late for the eye infirmary.
Cheers go north east, great start to my day and week!

Cancelled buses
The app is a brilliant tool to plan your journeys the only problem is the unreliability of the actual buses, cancelled buses are big and sue especially on morning when my son is trying to get to work. A very poor service
