Sad Excuse For An App
Their latest version won’t run on my iPhone and their Windows Support page is dysfunctional. They should hire some professional programmers.

New Gate Access
Community just switched gate management to Go Access and had a bit of a problem setting things up but reps patiently walked me through the process and I’m golden. Great app and system.

Vertical screen
I use an ipad with a keyboard for all of my hoa access. This app only has a vertical screen. Yuk
Glitchy
Won’t even allow you to remove visitors off your list. They just remain as permanent visitors even if you want to deny them access the app won’t update the correct information. This is very dangerous for residents! Please fix this before something bad happens and the wrong people gain access when they shouldn’t have any!
