Paid a week ago
Paid for my site a week ago and still says expired, called go daddy they cannot find my website, no one speaks to the app developers to correct the problem. I have called 11 times and one person. Found my site and they said it’s an Apple problem which it is not as Apple doesn’t connect the app info to go daddy they just offer the app for go daddy. Please fix this issue ever since go daddy “simplified” the apps it’s become a big mess!

They had no problem depositing my money last week, but now that it's more money today, it's supposedly on hold because they can't verify me. In this day & age, there is no way that they can't verify people in about 30 seconds. I'll be sticking with Square!

The worst 🛑
🛑Do not download this app I do not recommend it. They take around seven business days to do payouts and sometimes even more not only that if you do more than two transactions with the same customer, they will lock your account and the all your money will be get refunded so you may lose all your stuff that you sell. Do not use this company. not only that customer service is the worst and there is no 24 seven only Monday through Friday Saturday and Sunday you have to do it via text message. What kind of customer service is that?

These payment processors are the biggest scam ever if you’re a small business owner. They’re going to hold your money for no reason randomly and you’ll have to hire a lawyer to get it back please trust me.

Used to be really good and easy for me to check orders, make changes to my products and check my dashboard, now the app is a lot more difficult to navigate along with their site! as of today my whole website is messed up due to their update, my inventories been changed, old products are added back to my site and my categories are not showing up!! As a small business owner I was hoping for a simple way to sell my products but as time goes by GoDaddy gets more and more difficult to work with!

I used to have a stripe before, I have seen that godaddy was offering lower rates, so what’s happened, I registered my account and godaddy allowed to make 3 transactions, after reviewing my company documents that sent and email that they flagged my account and my deposits which were around $3000 will be frozen for 120 days

Won’t load
I’ve had to uninstall and redownload several times to get this app to work on my completely updated iPhone 16. Hope this helps someone else out. Also, their rates are a bit outrageous.

We used their cc processing and a customer pre paid for equipment, an $8000 charge. We wait for the money to hit our account to purchase the equipment and get to work. GODADDY has the nerve to say we need to show bank accounts and invoices and that they don’t have to release the money until we prove where it came from. You are the one that processed the transaction!!!!

You verify all that before activating our account not in the middle of a transaction that kills my business and loses us clients!!!!
Then the customer service is a bunch of Indians that barely speak English reading me prompts instead of answering questions and getting results!!!
The first time I was ready to quit them.

You sign up for a simple website and email, it’s affordable at first but here comes auto renewal for a 4000% increase!
So in conclusion, their apps don’t work, their website tools suck, their customer service is a bunch of Indians named Bob or Jim, they rip you off on website prices, steal your money and hold your business hostage.

Trouble Uploading photos unto “my products”
GoDaddy prioritized in-person transactions and removed uploading photos through the application. It now directs you to the desktop version to upload photos. It’s now taking a ridiculous amount of time uploading photos to my domain. Please bring back the option to upload photos via through the app. The photo suggesting that you can upload photos on the app hasn’t been taken down either. Thats considered false advertising.

It’s not 100% good app, but I signed up for it so I guess I’ll hav to stay with it for now until someone offers me another lie

GoDaddy is loosing my respect more than it should have ever. I went to log in on the website to see their what was free email plans would cost. And their site said I had to disable my tracker blockers and other stuff to access their website. They just lost a sale.

I hate that I can’t update my products on the app anymore.
Run away ridiculous support & sabotaging
We been with GoDaddy since 2022. We decided to increase traffic to our E-commerce website by adding a few new products but noticed the most ridiculous retail shipping rates & after speaking with support we were told to integrate our website with USPS shipping engine API software which we did and that would reduce retail rates to merchant rates which is definitely not the case. If you are launching a retail e-commerce store, I highly recommend to stay away from Go Daddy for the simple fact of this actual experience. There were many other bad experiences which we gave them, but the benefit of the doubt, but this is clearly a deal breaker!! Coding $12-$19 on a product that should cost no more than five is the worst sabot. You can get on your website in 2026!!!

Update sucks
Since the latest update and name change the whole system has changed. Every-time i try to make a change to my account i draw a system error and is kicked out the site and made to sign in again. Very frustrating when it's hinderers my clients and customers as well!! Please fix this and add the option of Afterpay to the platform! It's 2026.

The worst update!!!
Please come back to the outdated version. I have no access to anything from the app. I have to open the browser to do ANYTHING! Can’t even sell using the card reader. I have no idea what happened

I downloaded this app because I wanted an alternative to using Square. However, three times in the last week, the app won’t even open. It keeps telling me there are issues and to try again later. I’m very disappointed that I keep having to go back to using Square. In the last three weeks, I’ve only been able to use it two times.

Loved the app until last update
So I was able to open app, and one click to scheduled appointments I had. Now I have have to open app, hit more, select website, then select manage appointments to view my appointments for the day or make changes. It was convenient now it’s a hassle. Why did yall change the one click access to appointments??
