We signed up for GoFan passes for our family. The first varsity volleyball game we went to they were not texted to us. I went in and looked at all the texts and all the emails I had and there was no information. I found out later by accident that I had it checked on our profile in the GoFan app to be sent to us by text and they never came. Thanks to the Crystal River volleyball family for allowing us in the event without a GoFan ticket. If these platforms are going to be offered to family and friends, they need to work as promised every time.

Refund
I bought my tickets for me and my dad to watch the bell game this year VictorVille vs Apple Valley.It was held at Victor and when I got there at 7:02 the gates were closed. I want a refund for my money I didn’t even get inside to watch the game.I want my 17$ back 😡.
Expensive
No way to get refunds. Zero customer service. I hate that my niece’s school went cashless and only uses this garbage app for tickets!!! $1 charge on top of the ticket. Ridiculous! I’ve wasted so much money on cancelled games and quads. I would give 1 star, but I know the school could step in and request refunds, too. 😒

Same issue every year
Every year I go to buy the fall family pass and every year it does not work and the school has to get in contact with GoFan and get things re-situated with this website. It is such a hassle and it is so annoying.

I keep having to change my password and it is saved. Something i am not doing correctly.
Would be helpful if there was an FAQ on transferred tickets
No instructions on help with transferred tickets. Can they be transferred twice? Once transferred how do you get them tied to your profile?

Have tried every which way just ti get a couple of tickets ti my son’a game. Every step requires an email verification but the email never comes. Yes I checked junk.

Downloaded, have most current version. Tried to make an account using a valid email. Said “something is wrong” with the email. Tried a second valid email. Again “something is wrong.” No details on what was “wrong.”

Worst Ticket app ever
I have used GoFan for a while ever since I started high school and it has just been such a headache there not helpful at all no customer support and if your saying otherwise it’s been a cool 48 hours and nothing back and this isn’t the first time this has happened a few times they just don’t even respond and they use a AI to figure out if your problem is drastic or not it’s crazy how horrible this app is really and you can lose tickets if your are not signed in. It’s ridiculous they need to do better ive lost so much to this terrible app please find a better alternative.

Easy Button
App was easy to install and easy to use. Found tickets easily when needed at the venue. Every app should be this easy!!
Not user friendly
Extremely unpleasant app to use. Transfers are unnecessarily obtuse. For example, I transferred a ticket to my son. He accidentally logged in as me instead of him. The app counts that as a transfer even though I “sent” it to myself.

How to transfer tickets to my wife?
I have no idea how to transfer tickets to my wife and the answer in the FAQ is no help. I do not have the options they say to click.
No refunds. No customer service.
This app has zero customer service. They own me money for several issues where I was over charged. Called and mailed many many times. Zero response. Many other parents confirm the same issue.
