Worst Ticket app ever
I have used GoFan for a while ever since I started high school and it has just been such a headache there not helpful at all no customer support and if your saying otherwise it’s been a cool 48 hours and nothing back and this isn’t the first time this has happened a few times they just don’t even respond and they use a AI to figure out if your problem is drastic or not it’s crazy how horrible this app is really and you can lose tickets if your are not signed in. It’s ridiculous they need to do better ive lost so much to this terrible app please find a better alternative.

Easy Button
App was easy to install and easy to use. Found tickets easily when needed at the venue. Every app should be this easy!!
Not user friendly
Extremely unpleasant app to use. Transfers are unnecessarily obtuse. For example, I transferred a ticket to my son. He accidentally logged in as me instead of him. The app counts that as a transfer even though I “sent” it to myself.

How to transfer tickets to my wife?
I have no idea how to transfer tickets to my wife and the answer in the FAQ is no help. I do not have the options they say to click.
No refunds. No customer service.
This app has zero customer service. They own me money for several issues where I was over charged. Called and mailed many many times. Zero response. Many other parents confirm the same issue.

Extortion of personal information
No one should be forced to put in their email address in order to watch their child play a sport. They also should not be forced to sign a waiver to not sue in order to watch their child play a sport.

Insanely easy to accidentally lose tickets without thr ability to restore them.
Theft of funds
Ticket was removed and marked refunded over 30 days ago. Support confirms refunded status but no refund received and no response from support. This needs to be resolved immediately. 85.00 ticket

Trouble
Wouldn’t allow me to buy a single game ticket. I had to buy an all day pass, and then it gave me trouble at the ticket booth in giving me a code to scan.
Be careful
If you have bought season passes and you transfer the entire season transfers and you cannot get it back so be very careful. Customer support is not helpful and send you to a bot. The whole set up is faulty- no one like it
