Epic Fail
First of all, I love my GoFiltr alkalizing filter. This app is another matter entirely. I’ve had create a new account every three months. Tonight I went to login, to register my new filter, and it’s the same old story. Only this time, it continues to advise me that it doesn’t recognize my information. This is it for me folks. I’m tapping out. I’ll just set reorder alerts on my calendar. Nice try GoFiltr, but no cigar.

App looks nice but processing orders in the app is terrible
I placed my order and used the 20% discount coupon. Everything went okay at first but few hours later, my order was cancelled without providing a reason. I tried looking for a phone number for their customer service but they just had an email. I immediately sent an email to the customer service asking why it was cancelled and when the refund will be sent to my credit card. Its been 3 days now and no one is responding to my email and the refund has not been sent yet. Poor customer service. The product could have been nice.

App doesn’t work
The app doesn’t track the water usage so I know when to buy a new one. I contacted customer support and never got a response.

It tracks based on the amount of times you claim to refill your bottle but not if you’ve filled it more frequently than you thought.
