Epic Fail
First of all, I love my GoFiltr alkalizing filter. This app is another matter entirely. I’ve had create a new account every three months. Tonight I went to login, to register my new filter, and it’s the same old story. Only this time, it continues to advise me that it doesn’t recognize my information. This is it for me folks. I’m tapping out. I’ll just set reorder alerts on my calendar. Nice try GoFiltr, but no cigar.

App looks nice but processing orders in the app is terrible
I placed my order and used the 20% discount coupon. Everything went okay at first but few hours later, my order was cancelled without providing a reason. I tried looking for a phone number for their customer service but they just had an email. I immediately sent an email to the customer service asking why it was cancelled and when the refund will be sent to my credit card. Its been 3 days now and no one is responding to my email and the refund has not been sent yet. Poor customer service. The product could have been nice.

App doesn’t work
The app doesn’t track the water usage so I know when to buy a new one. I contacted customer support and never got a response.

Not connected to the filter.
It tracks based on the amount of times you claim to refill your bottle but not if you’ve filled it more frequently than you thought.

I thought it was tracking since I downloaded the app in December. When I checked today to see how close I was to needing a new filter, my information was gone (like I never had an account).
Also it tracks based on the information you enter not actual usage in real time.

Tracking stinks
GoFiltr updated its app, and in the process wiped out the tracking on my current filter. Better tracking on a calendar. Very disappointed.

This updated app is horrible I can’t log in and get my tracking for the current filter it just wants to start with a new tracking I don’t know how much life I have left on current filter
Lost my data
After the last update, I open the app and it’s asking me to activate. What happened to my already activated filter? A useless tracker if it wipes the data on an app update!

I hate this app
There are no online instructions for using the app. The app never changes numbers when I finish drinking a whole bottle and then fill it up again. This app is useless!!!!!!!!

Great product, app needs a little more
Very great idea. Just couldn’t answer how i needed to on the app. I know i need to drink more water but i dont fill my 64oz water bottle every day so the count will be off. Needs and 1/x day count. Keep the great work up! Definitely helps with getting healthier 😄
Low effort app
This app is so low effort, it could be replaced with a calendar reminder.
CANNOT LOGIN!!!
I’ve setup my account and installed the app and no matter which direction I try, I cannot log into the app! Keep getting errors and I do have an existing account. Apparently, the app does NOT replicate with the online account setup! Frustrating and useless!
