Charges did not make any sense and extremely high
It’s okay to use, but the developer try many ways to charge user, for example the credit only valid 1 year, and Top-up the 10% management fee… sure this is overcharged and not recommend to use it.

Super unhappy with this new update. There’s a new 10% charge for management fee which is actually quite a lot. And there’s only one way to pay which is through the Go Get Credits. So frustrating when you want to topup your credits, some of the payment methods don’t work. I tried with Maybank and Touch N go but both failed. Sigh!

Can’t cash out if you have transferred extra money. If jobs are not taken up, we can’t cash out our money back to bank to account. After 12 months, our money belongs to them. No avenue to ask for refund of our money not used nor extension on time!

Now you guys start charging extra 10% of topping up credit in the account! CANNOT EVEN SWITCH TO CASH! Force people to use your credit system, but also charges EXTRA 10%?! Already paying fees to the runner n Goget and now this extra 10% for just topping up credit! That’s ridiculous! Will STOP USING GOGET for this ridiculous pricing!

the go getter easily cancel the job last minute. not once but 5 times in a row 3 minute before the job start.

Scam artist
Paid 50 bucks for 5 female applicants, got 3 male applicants instead. scam company
Keeps logging you out
Every time I launch the app, it logs me out. And even after I’m logged in, I get error messages everywhere.
App does not work
App does not work my my iOS with the latest update and my only option now is to access it via web. Which means I may miss updates notifications if I walk away from my laptop.
Need improvements
I’ve been using this app for years now. Sadly, they dont really have major upgrades to the app. I hate the fact i have to relogin every time i re-enter the app and worse when i have to login before each job posted. Even though im entering details one after another without exiting the app. The map always just go blank too. The only reason why im still staying on the app is the cuz the riders are very good and deliveries made are efficient compared to other apps. I really hope someday the app will improve

Apps Crashing on latest IOS

Need improvement on app
Been using Goget for few years but starting 2021, i noticed the app is always crashing and automatically logging off on its own. When i book a runner, the map doesnt always show where the runner currently is. Ithe map just show nothing, empty. When I want to topup my credit, it will always crash or error. Seriously need to improve the app because its really annoying, full of glitches.
