If app was faster I wouldn’t have had to extend booking
App is really slow. Randomly logged me out when I went to update booking. I had to login via the website, which was also slow. If it wasn’t for the several minutes I spent waiting for the app and then website to do its thing while I extended my booking a few times, I wouldn’t have needed to extend my booking the last extra half hour. Anyway, I used some of my time to make sure the next person starts their trip with half a tank. Hopefully others will pay the courtesy forward instead of leaving not quite 1/4.

Just useless
Very frustrating user experience. They no longer provide fuel cards so we now need to pay ourselves to refuel and claim reimbursement in the app.
Then the reimbursement gets stuck and you are left to argue with a stupid chatbot that doesn’t even understand your problem.

Fuel reimbursement is a pain in the arse. Providing proof of receipt is not enough for fuel reimbursement, being asked to produce an eftpos receipt evidence for a cash payment simply made zero sense.
Glitchy set up
The ID verification process is a nightmare! The camera snaps the pic before it's focussed creating blurred images that cannot be verified! Spent hrs on the phone but the support team cannot help. Sort your app out!!!!
