Improving client contact and pin location
First of say thank you to the apps go getter to give Opportunity do job with this application
Would like to leave some feedback for better improvement kindly acknowledge with the clients before delivery because sometimes the client Not answering rider call and message it’s very hard to reachable and some of the time Pin location not Match found need to improving especially when it is out of city
Lastly, if I do not saying is not kindly focus on job distance kilometre sometime it’s not tally and then please pay some extra when it is multiple drop-off

Fee rate
Please check your rate price during pick hour because the price too low not relevant stuck during traffic jam.

Very ridiculous. I just accept the job today 3 minutes ago then i want to cancel after 2 minutes then charges me RM15. They want to take my money. Huh i will not pay !!!
Payment issues
I still didn’t receive my payment almost a month. I don’t know if i was scammed or something, I’ll change my review if I receive it
Please stop tracking my location whenever I’m not on the job or using the app
I know the location have to be turned on to get jobs that are near my location but GoGetter is the only app where the location randomly turn on eventho when the app is not being used. For that I have to uninstall if I’m not looking for jobs using GoGetter as there are not many jobs available in Johor Bahru

Bad UI
Why you guys need to always on location services, like bro, annoying af. atleast let us pick location within the app first. stop pushing for notifications u annoying
Worst customer service
I already clock out by the time given but suddenly the app mistakenly gave me the wrong clock out time and i hv to interact with cs. They said i will get compesated within 7 business days but after that i still didnt get it
Unfair policy
You allow GoGetter to claim waiting fees but you also allow poster to block GoGetter. After waiting there for 45min the order still not ready so I claim for waiting fees and cancel the job because I have another job is waiting. The delay will make me not in time for another job so I have to cancel it.

Low payment wage, less job opportunity, irrelevant task.
Over the years, this app has become increasingly irrelevant. There are numerous odd jobs only available inside,then it comes with very low wage. No matter how many times you log in, all you can see only warehouse job, which is quite frustrating compared to 2021 still have lots of helper job with under variety company (with well paid wage). Nowadays, most listings are only for short hours and have weird requirements. It's time to step up, dear GoGet.

Low rate & Bad completion rate system
First of all they charges high commission fee which is 20% of your wages (of course they’ve deducted/ included in the stated wages). Compared to others job seeking apps, this one is the worst. Plus, now they added the completion rate system which is very bad! I claimed a job a week prior to the date, but cancelled at the same day I claimed the job due to personal reasons. However, they deduct my merits making me unable to accept other job offer with high payments. This is so messed up. Unless if I cancelled the job last minute, it will be acceptable but NO! And I was once being cancelled by the poster since he want to add OT but I couldn’t as I accepted the job based on date & time stated and he immediately cancelled me just like that without proper reason & no action taken by GoGet. Ever since that, I never use goget again and switched to FastGig & Troopers! Much much better

Worst customer service
Had an issues with the pic for not allowing me enter the warehouse for working eventhough i arrived 30 min early before the working time. The pic said it’s a first come first serve but the apps and whatsapp group didn’t inform at all about the first come first serve. What’s the point of approved jobs in the apps if youre going to use first come first serve on daily basis? Been reporting the issues toward the customer service and email but the answer is “we are sorry for the inconvenience and your reports will bla bla for 2-7 working days”. Why took so long? When it comes to put my payment on hold just because the apps cant track me at the job location, wahh youre working so fast ah to put my payment on hold?

Ability to Earn flexibly!
A great app that provide flexible work opportunities to anyone and everyone! What a great app to find all sort of job opportunities. Part time, contract or full time, semua pun ade!
Always reconnecting
Sometimes when I’m open app, it takes long time to refresh. Then, I already missed the job offered.

Apps Update
After updating the apps few days ago suddenly my internet quota drained too fast. My monthly quota almost fully utilised just in a week. Not sure the apps issue or internet provider issue but i noticed there is some changes for the latest version that make me feel this is due to the apps issue (on location services specifically). Please look into it urgently. Thanks.

Failed to reactivate account
First of all sorry for inconvenience but this app is not worth it. If you're cancel last minute it will give you penalty demerit 4 plus deduct rm15 and max 10 demerits then your account will be blocked. I already stated the reason why I was canceling the job especially when not feeling well or having personal issues and also informed poster. After following up with the team by email which almost 2 weeks waiting for them..they immediately suspended my account due to my response because i am penalised wrongly. is this customer service? I am giving you an feedback as a user and asking nicely to reactivate my account as if i owe you much money.

This apps is good and flexible, but please widen your vendor because its to limited job, very few.

Customer service email is too slow. No update for one week ! Such a trash app. Poster can just cancel in the last minute on a job . Seriously fed up

Apps Blank
I resgister two months ago. So when I reinstalled the apps it said that i need to register again. But after I did it, the system said my IC is already registered and just proceed to login. However when i try to login using my email suddenly the screen becomes black screen. Trying more than twice but still occurs the same issue. After a few week trying to log in but still cant due to screen becomes black. So i stop using this app and not recommending to anyone.
