Improving client contact and pin location
First of say thank you to the apps go getter to give Opportunity do job with this application
Would like to leave some feedback for better improvement kindly acknowledge with the clients before delivery because sometimes the client Not answering rider call and message it’s very hard to reachable and some of the time Pin location not Match found need to improving especially when it is out of city
Lastly, if I do not saying is not kindly focus on job distance kilometre sometime it’s not tally and then please pay some extra when it is multiple drop-off

Fee rate
Please check your rate price during pick hour because the price too low not relevant stuck during traffic jam.
Charge me RM15
Very ridiculous. I just accept the job today 3 minutes ago then i want to cancel after 2 minutes then charges me RM15. They want to take my money. Huh i will not pay !!!
Payment issues
I still didn’t receive my payment almost a month. I don’t know if i was scammed or something, I’ll change my review if I receive it
Please stop tracking my location whenever I’m not on the job or using the app
I know the location have to be turned on to get jobs that are near my location but GoGetter is the only app where the location randomly turn on eventho when the app is not being used. For that I have to uninstall if I’m not looking for jobs using GoGetter as there are not many jobs available in Johor Bahru
