The new app just came out a few days ago first week, January 25.
It is worse than ever it went from bad to worse. I don’t know how they can mess it up anymore. There is nowhere for the customers to sign for the e-signature. Your trips don’t appear on your screen for that day. When you close the app, if you have any open trips, they just as in disappear. I have very low regard for this app.

Newest version just came out 3.1.84 (16). It is full of bugs freezes up. I have to manually write down everything for my dispatch because the app is not working. It has been over two weeks. I have chatted to go and got no responses. I am forced to use this because they don’t have anything else. I have deleted the app and reloaded it 23 times already it improved it somewhat and then it started doing the same things all over again. Goin Prov. is NO help. Right now I can’t even open the trips on my app. This is after deleting the app and reloading it. OMG this is for the iPhone of course it takes them forever.

Has been having updates but is getting worse, not driver friendly!!!

App crashes way too often. Main Dispatch will say “Goin is down” and then you manually write down all of your trips or text them to dispatch as you are completing them. 😟
Does not work with Apple
This app is geared toward non-iPhone use - and often drops info. As an employee of a company that uses this app, it’s “revenue” time functionality is useless. I worked over 40 hours last week. According to the Goin app, I worked zero (0) hours.
