Crashing
Was a great app that worked really well until now.. crashes a soon as opened, even after being uninstalled and reinstalled

kicks me off whenever i open it, please fix i like turning my aircon on while i walk home

The app is ok. But not consistent pairing
App simply does not work
Very frustrating. I spent 30 minutes attempting to connect with no success. I’ve managed to connect and troubleshoot other appliance apps successfully but this one simply does not work.
App scheduling poor
App is a nightmare. Schedule on / off functions are hit and miss at best. Can’t rely on it and it was the only reason I bought the heater.
App works fine
Controls our wall heater effectively. Helpful assistance form Goldair about the symbols too (for those wondering, the little rocket symbol indicates High Heat).
Useless!
Works great but every time the app is updated you have to reinstall your heater. Absolute waste of time. No other appliance I have had to do this with. So sick of it. Buy a brand that has IT that knows what they are doing.
Sick of Goldair
Have a heater and what a pain. Constantly need to log in again. Constantly need to reinstall heater. Works ok with app but who need to waste their time logging in and reinstalling. Don’t waste yr time with Goldair appliances.
Unreliable
This app is good when it works! Unfortunately that’s not very often. We have a heater in our baby’s room linked to the app and often we can’t turn it on/off or adjust the display light via the app. The heater will sometimes be on and the app says it’s off, and vice versa. It is very usual for us to have the heat set to one thing, but the heater putting out too much heat. Say we set it at 19 it will often show as being at 24.

Schedule doesn’t work
The times I’ve set it to turn on and off don’t work. Incredibly frustrating and also not acceptable to have in a fitness studio.
Useless.
Impossible to set programs and have them work.
Automations are not working
Automations are not working. (Some part of the app is in Chinese.) Sometimes the app won't even communicate with the heater. We bought the heater so we could set up scenarios to be more energy efficient. But. It is using more energy since the heater is always on! I'll go and by a delonghi oil heater. At this pont it will be more efficient especially with a separate timer-thermostat plugged into the wall.

Needs an overhaul
Possibly the worst most useless app produced. It should be an embarrassment to the Goldair CEO to link their product this app. It makes me wonder if the Goldair product is also poorly produced and maybe dangerous.
App update
App updated and won’t allow me to pre schedule the heater to turn on and off. I previously could have set timers for the heater, this was very beneficial in my toddlers room overnight.
Prior to the update, the app was user friendly and easy to navigate. The app also won’t allow we to log feedback. I’m unsure if there is a bug in the app.

I set heater to come on in the morning, only comes on some of the time
This heater would be fantastic if the auto timer was consistent, unfortunately it isn’t and I will be returning the heater.
What’s the Point….
Bought a Goldair Platinum heater for my elderly Mum’s bedroom to take the chill out of the air before she gets up or goes to bed. The timer function on the app is useless. There is absolutely no functionality to set the timer to come on at a certain time, the only functionality it has is to turn off after a certain number of hours. So this means waking up earlier just to turn the heater on. Surely the timer functionality could be upgraded to be able to set it to turn on and off at a certain time each day and in increments of minutes not hours. It’s not rocket science. 🙅🏼♀️

New App, new problems
For some reason I can turn the Fan on/off but you can't access the other features as it just says Device Offline then eventually says Network Error. Also when it does work the buttons to control fan features are so low and small on the screen, it is easy to turn the oscillating feature on/off when trying to swipe up to close the app.

Its that i am having trouble connecting to my phone. Can anyone help with this please. Ive tryed to watch on youtube but still no use
App needs more functionality
I’d like it if the app had a function whereby I could set the heater to turn ON from a timer. E.g. I’d like the heater in my hallway, to come on at 0500, so the space is warm when we wake up an hour later at 0600. Presently,I can only turn it OFF from a timer. Hopefully you guys can arrange this? Otherwise, I’m happy with the heater & the app!
