I do like the app and find it helpful. I’m sometimes unsure about what I want and do at times finding my laptop a bit easier to navigate.
Spoiled food delivered
I placed an order and realized minutes later I needed to change the delivery date for the weekend so my order of Japanese pastries with dairy and chocolate didn’t sit out in the hot sun all day. The website told me my new delivery was on a Saturday, and confirmed the change.
My order was received on Friday instead and sat in the Texas sun for almost an hour. Spoiling the dairy and melting the chocolate. It was packed in a thin styrofoam box with one tiny ice pack. Even though it shipped clear across the country for days. I was unable to gift the item as is.
I contacted them outside of their 2wk timeframe. I was told they wouldn’t refund or replace the item.
I fully believe it would have arrived spoiled either way. If I could I would attach the pictures here.
They say they can safely ship around the world. This is false. Do not rely on this as a gift for someone!!!
I will never work with this company again.

Great desserts and great gifts to give
I have been using Goldbelly now for a little over a year. It’s really been fun getting desserts from across the nation that there’s no place to that could ever do something like that. Special birthday treats and gifts. I recently used Goldbelly send a special meal to my daughter so she didn’t have to cook on a special occasion for herself and her husband. What a great and unique way to give gifts and enjoy yourself highly recommend the food comes perfectly delivered to your door.

The best app for Food Delivery
Goldbelly is a true find. The assortment of fabulous foods makes me hungry every time I peruse the app. The delivery is always excellent and they keep you in close communication when there is adverse weather possibly affecting delivery. The prices are fair for such great quality. I have had to call customer service a couple of times due to my errors involving not adding my discount code and once giving a wrong address and they were absolutely the best and rapid in correcting the issue. I wish I could give them 10 stars at least! Ialsaccaccumullating

What Promo Code?
I started looking at items that I want and there was a $50 promotion for first time orders over $50.00. I went and started my order and it said I didn’t have enough for the promotion, however I hadn’t finished. I went back to retrieve the promotion code ( it was still in a five hour window) and it had disappeared, bogus bait and switch. I loved eating the items listed while in Alaska, otherwise I feel screwed over!

I honestly don’t know why more people aren’t using this app?! It’s such an amazing way to support small businesses from anywhere, while getting to try unique, iconic foods from across the country.
Thanks to Goldbelly, ordering a donut cake from Minnesota and Welsh cakes from Maryland was much faster (and definitely cheaper!) than booking a flight and hotel 😎
