SunQuest offers free features that can be used without starting a trial or subscribing, simply by dismissing the subscription offers screen. For users who choose to try Pro, we use Apple’s standard free trial system through the App Store. Apple asks you to confirm the subscription when starting the trial, but you are not charged during the free trial period. Billing only begins when the trial ends unless it is canceled beforehand. The trial can be canceled at any time from your Apple Account settings, and SunQuest also sends a reminder notification before the trial ends to help avoid unexpected charges. Hallo, vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Es tut uns leid, dass dieser Eindruck entstanden ist. SunQuest verwendet das standardmäßige kostenlose Testsystem von Apple über den App Store. Beim Starten einer kostenlosen Testphase verlangt Apple eine Bestätigung über das Apple-Konto, auch wenn während des Testzeitraums keine Zahlung erfolgt. Eine Abrechnung beginnt erst nach Ablauf der Testphase, sofern das Abonnement nicht vorher gekündigt wird. Die Testphase kann jederzeit vor ihrem Ende direkt in den Apple-Kontoeinstellungen gekündigt werden, damit keine Kosten entstehen. Zusätzlich sendet SunQuest vor dem Ende der Testphase eine Erinnerung, damit Nutzer die Kündigung nicht vergessen, falls sie dies möchten. Bitte beachten Sie außerdem, dass SunQuest auch kostenlose Funktionen enthält, die ohne Testphase oder Abonnement genutzt werden können. Wir verstehen auch, dass die aktuelle Dauer der Testphase für manche Nutzer zu kurz sein kann, und eine Verlängerung bereits für ein zukünftiges App-Update geplant ist. Bonjour, Merci d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre retour. Nous comprenons tout à fait votre remarque concernant la compatibilité avec l’Apple Watch. C’est une fonctionnalité intéressante que nous gardons en tête pour de futures évolutions. Concernant Street View, l’application utilise directement les images fournies par Google Street View. Les vues affichées devraient donc être identiques à celles disponibles dans les services Google. Si vous constatez une différence ou un problème particulier, cela ne correspond pas au fonctionnement attendu. N’hésitez pas à nous contacter directement via le support de l’application ou à nous envoyer l’adresse concernée afin que nous puissions regarder cela plus en détail. After viewing all the available offers, you can simply close the screen using the X in the top-right corner to continue using the app 🙂 The free version already includes the essential features, such as viewing the sun’s position at your current location for the next 15 days. No entanto, como indicado no aplicativo, você pode cancelar a qualquer momento antes do fim do período de teste, e nenhum valor será cobrado. Esse período existe justamente para que você possa testar o aplicativo gratuitamente e sem compromisso. Além disso, enviamos uma notificação um dia antes do fim do período de teste para lembrar que você pode cancelar, se desejar. Por fim, esse modelo de período de teste é o padrão utilizado pela Apple e por milhões de aplicativos na App Store. Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry that SunQuest did not meet your expectations. We understand that the way the trial is presented may give that impression. However, there is absolutely no obligation: as indicated in the app, you can cancel at any time before the end of the trial period and no charge will be made. Also, if you open the screen displaying the available plans, you always have the option to continue using the app with its standard features, without starting a trial. The trial simply allows you to explore the premium features with no commitment. In addition, a notification is sent one day before the trial ends to remind you that you can cancel if you wish. This trial system follows Apple’s standard model, used by many apps on the App Store. We hope this helps clarify things and that you might consider giving the app another chance. Comme indiqué, l’essai gratuit peut être annulé à tout moment avant son expiration, et une notification est envoyée par l’application pour le rappeler avant la fin de la période d’essai. SunQuest respecte strictement les règles d’affichage de l’App Store et veille à rester totalement transparent avec ses utilisateurs. Il est tout à fait possible d’utiliser gratuitement SunQuest : après avoir affiché toutes les offres, il suffit de fermer la fenêtre de présentation en appuyant sur la croix en haut à droite pour accéder à l’application. 😉 La version gratuite donne accès aux fonctionnalités principales, notamment la visualisation de la position du soleil pour votre emplacement actuel, jusqu’à 15 jours à l’avance. The Light version unlocks location search, while the Pro version offers additional tools for advanced sun tracking and planning. We would love to offer more features for free, but these paid versions help cover development costs and the various services required to keep the app running.
