Stupid app doesn’t work
Was thinking about going to the golden nugget today but the app keeps saying my session is expired when I just logged in. Not the first time this app doesn’t work.
Log in
Never lets me log in. Even after calling and asking my email I used. And the email that gets the flyers is the same email I tried to log into. And yet says that email is not associated with the account. 😐. What a fail. Would book more here if the app actually worked. But I end up going across the street as their app always works. 🤷🏽♀️

Password
App isn’t showing how to update a forgotten password. Gives a temporary password but no link to change the temporary password.
Not dependable at all
I’ve had way more issues with this app than any casino app available. I’ve tried and tried to get my password reset. It will not send link to my email. I can’t log in with my password that I know is right. Often times it just spins and spins as though it’s thinking? Not happy with it at all! Please fix the app or shut it down!

App Has Become Pretty obsolete
It was making you reset your password every time by sending you a new one. Now it will not even send a new password.
Cannot login
App great when it works. Got a new phone and just sits spinning to verify login . Never opens up . Tried deleting and reinstalling. Going on 2 weeks same thing . Have to use browser and login thru web . We visit regularly and this is frustrating.
Terrible App Very Glitchy
This app reflects how well they treat their customers. It is terrible and very poor quality. Constant issues, very glitchy, does not display proper information.

The just quit working for the last several days. You click on it, acts like it may load and then disappears. Come on Nugget, do better!!!

The app had stopped working then suddenly started working again. Today, it won’t even open. It crashes just as you think it will open. Most frustrating app ever. Please fix it!

It used to work well. Recently the app does not even open up to be viewed. It just disappeared after click on it.

We have been trying to access this AP but cannot due to outdated email addresses.
Casinos have our correct info but this AP shows an incorrect email address, and no way to contact anyone to correct it.

Seems to not log me in more than half the time.
App issues
This app is wonky. Doesn’t seem to recognize sign in information, and the “forgot password” generates an email link that then creates an invalid error message when attempting to reset using the password that GOLD NUGGET sent! Seriously?! 😐
Quit working
This app has been working fine for the last 2 years UNTIL a week ago. It will not let me log in whatsoever.

Can’t log in most of the time
This app is so frustrating. It won’t let me login. So I tried resetting the password. Still won’t let me login. Not much use in even having this app. Don’t waste your time downloading it.
