Terrible customer service
I’d avoid this casino app. The bonuses have ridiculous play-through requirements meaning you’re not likely to get through them with anything left as cash.
In top of that my bonuses weren't added instantly, so I played my deposit cash until I realized the issue. This was OK since I’d actually made some money.
I assumed this was something I did wrong at signup, so I tried again, and again no bonus. When I contacted support they added the bonus, but it made me play through my money first. There went my small profit.
Finished up my deposit bonus (ran out only halfway through the required play-through), decided this wasn’t for me, and tried to withdraw my cash.
It sat in pending before I saw a note asking for a document. I uploaded it, it didn’t say anything about the wrong info.
2 days later I contacted support again not to find out I had to take a picture of my computer screen and upload again. When were they planning on telling me?
I then explained my issue with the bonus, and instead of offering any credits or anything I just got “sometimes technology doesn’t work”.
I don’t trust them with my money so I’m waiting until I get my money out, then I’m closing my account.

1.9 stars average. Laughable
This would probably be less than 1.9 stars average if people could vote zero stars for this app. First of all, you cannot even review the site Golden Nugget or the app with Golden Nugget. You must do in the App Store. They also say that management looks at reviews being 1.9 stars they pretty much haven’t done anything to better than it seems zero stars for same game parlay which they call builders only give you certain choices to choose from in sports book 0 stars for refer a friend bonuses, which those are nonexistent. Played through $1800 on the app and received no bonus points or rewards so zero stars for that. One star maybe two for customer service. They are pretty nice but that’s just their job. They really don’t do anything to answer any questions just direct you to the app or want to send you a link no escalation to anything so if I could do zero stars for this app, I would and I would not recommend it anybody using it.

Error, error, error
I've been playing this site since the onset and I've had issues almost since the beginning. It's pretty typical that out of 10 "new" slots - 9 of them error out & I can't play them (I play on an iPad Pro). It's not just new games, I have issues with slots every single time I go onto the site. Games I have gotten on before will error out at random. I've sent several emails to customer service and have never received a response. I have deleted the app & reinstalled - issues stay the same. I am giving it 1 star because the layout is better than most and it could have the potential to be one of the best out there, but their lack of customer service, support or response shoots down the good parts for me. Not even sure why I'm writing a review because, as I see from other reviews, nothing changes. They should, at the very least, give some type of bonus because it's very frustrating & it happens all the time.

Not sure what is with all the bad reviews
Not sure why so many bad reviews. I have always gotten my withdrawals in the same day that I have requested them and I’ve never had a problem with them not being legitimate. I love all the games they have and they have a huge selection and if you reach out to customer service through chat on the app they have always resolved any issues I’ve had. I have won a pretty decent amount of money over the time I’ve been playing on here also.

SCAM ALERT
They force you into signing up for a Play+ account to get your money. They will lie to you as well. If you find yourself in a similar situation please report them to your states attorney general or other appropriate place for reporting predatory behavior. I have the chat transcripts of them trying “selling “ me on play+. I also have screen shots of the errors when attempting other withdrawal messages. Conveniently the chat support didn’t care about these messages. SCAMMY MC SCAM SCAMMERS. I invite a response from the owner on this review. The fact that won’t should prompt Apple to save its users. Disappearing bonus.
I’d like to know when bonuses started to decide that they can change what their own rules are themselves. I recently opted into a bonus where if I deposited $20 I got $20 on our game called golden nugget real. I think well I did it. I had my bonus it was in there. I went and played some other games and then all of a sudden the game start acting weird, so I went out for a little while went back, and when I went back, my bonus was gone well when I went and got with the live chat, they’re telling me it was converted to cash. Well I was telling them according to your own rules that bonus can’t be played on any other game and when I was in another game all I had was my deposit, but what do I know didn’t wanna listen to me and they just kept telling me it was converted cash. What do I know about the most worthless, scandalous asa crap I’ve ever seen.. and I tell you what I’ve done deleted this app and I won’t be going back to it because when y’all take peoples bonuses and try to come up with some bull crap story like that and I’m not doing what they’ve done crooked crap. If I could give this zero stars I would. This app used to be great but now all it is a complete ripoff . Hey app creators, newsflash but u have to let people at least win a few dollars here and there to make it fun!!! Anything u win they take right back times 100. I am too embarrassed to say how much I have deposited here over the time I have had it only to end up with garbage bonuses and deep in debt. My favorite Michigan online casino

This is the worst app/online casino and customer service I have ever used. They locked my account due to documents requested. I sent in the docs and the account magically unlocked… then when I went to withdrawal the money I had after their shady bonus terms they said I should of received notice of document request… the same docs they asked for when the locked it.. now claiming they never received it… mind you this was after I waited 5 days for the withdrawal because they said it takes 2-3 days for approval don’t call us. Can not state how bad this company is. Much better options in Michigan just don’t do it!

Worst gambling app Ever
This is absolutely the worst “gambling” app I have ever dealt with, if your hoping to actually get some returns on pay don’t waste your time, your better off throwing your money in a trash can and hoping it doubles when you pull it out, I myself have lost over 20,000$ this year and never hit a jackpot or grand prizes or any wins over 1200$ and put 1500$ into the slot before it payed.. gotta make sure the tax is covered. First of all I tried playing after depositing $2000 and all it would do is buffer while it said it was trying to find my location After awhile I applied to have my money withdrawn It’s been 6 days and it’s still pending I’ve played on fanduel draft kings Wynn etc. this has never happened to me The only conclusion is that this is an illegitimate website and I advise you to stay away Follow up. Idk why my review got deleted but I’ll keep coming back until it sticks. This is the worst casino scam app ever. Deposited my 30$ so I could get the match, was not allowed to cash anything out. First I had to play through my 30$ before I could use the bonus. Then I played through the 30$ bonus at least 3 times and still could not cash anything else. Horrible withdraw process and customer service
Like several apps like this do they requested a proof of ID and proof of address, so I uploaded the requested material, after I uploaded and had the documents ACCEPTED I had to contact them a week after they were approved, because I still hadn’t received my withdraw, and now they are telling me I must provide another proof of address after my first was accepted as a proof of address, and I cannot get my withdraw

8 Days and still no withdrawal
8 days later and 4 emails still no response. Don’t waste your time with these idiots. They don’t care or respond. I have 4 emails into the customer service department about my withdrawal request and no one has responded to any request. What a joke
I downloaded the app, and deposited some money for free spins. After 2 days it finally showed my free spins but after 125 spins, I only got $11 in free play, and the slots took it all right away. Why would I want to put my own money through that? So I requested to take my money back out, they asked for an explanation, and then closed my account and sent me this

Deposits
I have never had such a problem with a casino app taking a deposit. I had to delete and reinstall the app a few times, restart my router and went through customer service 4-5 times and couldn’t get it to take a deposit. I finally stopped trying because I was worried that about 20 transactions would go through. I wouldn’t recommend anyone downloading this app, the experience was horrible.

Don’t waste your money
When this first started it was great. Now, when and if you get a bonus, the payouts are complete garbage. For sure don’t play any of the non live table games. They are so rigged it should be illegal. I know it’s supposedly illegal to track your account, but I absolutely don’t believe that they don’t. I wouldn’t recommend online slot play. Go to the casino. Whatever odds you have are better than playing through apps that track your play.

Golden nugget Mi app
I should have read these reviews before installing and depositing money. I have yet to play one game on this app. After numerous times of contacting customer service/ support technicians I have yet to get my money back. I even had the technician on speaker phone walking me through getting this set up for there geo check. Still nothing. On a positive note the technician that helped me was great but has yet to solve the problem.
