About

Goldilocks takes the guesswork out of dressing for a run. Tell the app how you run — whether you tend to run hot or cold, how you handle rain, and what you typically reach for on a hot, mild, or cold day. Then every time you head out, Goldilocks checks the current weather and recommends an outfit tailored to you specifically — not a generic runner. It gets smarter the more you use it. After every run, log what you wore and how it felt. Over time, Goldilocks builds a personal history of what worked and what didn't. When conditions match a past run where you felt just right, it favors that outfit. When your history is still thin, it draws on your profile to fill in the gaps. Run logging made easy. Record distance, duration, shoes, every clothing item you wore, and how the temperature felt. Add a photo of your outfit if you want a visual reference. Your full run history lives in the app, and you can edit any entry at any time. See what others are running in. The Feed tab shows runs and check-ins from people you follow, plus groups you belong to. The Weather Match tab surfaces public runs from other users whose conditions closely matched yours today. Every runner controls the visibility of each run individually: private, followers only, or public. Profiles are private by default, and Weather Match only surfaces runs that are explicitly marked public by someone with a public profile. Nothing appears in anyone's feed unless the runner chose to put it there. Run with your people. Follow friends, join groups, and share runs at whatever visibility you choose — private, followers only, or public. Groups get their own feed and check-ins, so your club, crew, or training partner can stay connected in one place. Share before you head out. Post a quick outfit check-in so the people in your run crew can see what you're wearing — and you can see what they're heading out in. Check-ins automatically expire after four hours and can be converted into a full run log when you finish your run. Track your shoes. Add your running shoes with a starting mileage and expected lifetime, and Goldilocks tracks every run against them. You'll see at a glance when a pair is approaching the end of its life — before your body tells you first. Your whole wardrobe in one place. Catalog your running gear so it's always available when logging a run. Add items manually or by adding a screenshot from a retailer, and organize your closet exactly how you like it. See something you like in the feed? Tap any shoe or clothing item to pull up shopping links or find local running stores. Works with the tools you already use. Connect to Apple Health, and Goldilocks can detect when you've finished a run and prompt you to log your outfit, no manual tracking required. Apple Watch syncs to Health automatically. Strava, Garmin, and other fitness apps and watches can connect to Apple Health via their settings. Integrations are read-only and entirely optional. The full app works without any of them. Your privacy comes first. Location is used only to fetch local weather — you can grant GPS access or simply enter your zip code. Profiles are private by default; you control who can follow you and see your runs. Goldilocks is free. If that ever changes, you'll be notified before any charges occur. You can delete your account and all of your data at any time.
