I purchased the14 day unlimited data pack. It only allows you to WhatsApp message. Other apps will not work. I was unable to load even Google maps. Please do not buy this sim.

KYC portal
The developer doesn’t have a working KYC portal. I purchased a sim from them for my trip to Spain. The kyc portal simply doesn’t take any submissions for ur Visa and according to government guidelines the e sim can’t be activated without it. Basically you get the e-sim but it won’t work cos the kyc portal is not working. Waste of money at the end don’t know if this is a scam or an actual issue. Avoid and use better apps

In Russia, esim stopped working mid trip, 10 GB data still pending, tried every apn, network settings technique under the sun and it still didn't work. When asked for support, got no replies. Scam company. I want my money back

I purchased the 14-day unlimited data plan for Europe, but my experience has been very disappointing. Whenever I try to download or update apps, the internet stops working. I raised a complaint and the issue was fixed temporarily, but as soon as I started downloading again, the same problem occurred. When I contacted customer support, they advised me to avoid downloading data — which makes no sense since I paid for unlimited data.
Overall, the service has not lived up to expectations, and my experience with Matrix eSIM has been poor.
