Can’t locate the nearest store
I have to go to the store to order because the app can’t locate the correct store. All the options are hundreds of miles away.

Can’t delete drinks
Great app unless you select the wrong drink and try to delete it

Gong Cha is a cute place to hang out with friends and family. They not only have delicious drinks but they have air hockey, foosball and board games to entertain the whole family.
STEER CLEAR! FRAUD!
The app accepted, processed, and “completed” my order however the store had closed abruptly. There was also no way to retrieve my money from the fraudulent order. STEER CLEAR!
Since the new update can’t place order
The new update doesn’t scroll all the way down to enable clicking on adding the item
