Points system is rigged
I have been buying tea here for months. Haven’t used my points because a silly rule where I have to spend more than $7 to be able to use the points. When my drink is always below $6.
Even that is too much for a simple TEA. Nothing else!
Just TEA sweetener and ice.
Just signed into my account with the app and it shows I have zero points.
I’m absolutely never going here again. To any of these tea shops. There are better places.

Doesn’t work
Could not select store close to my location. App only shows stores in other states.
Not willing to road trip it for bubble tea.
It allows me to order from locations that are 500+ miles away from me. Even entering my location over and over again.
Not efficient for online orders
I had to download multiple apps to find out how to order at my local store and STILL CANT. Wasted my time and my boba mood is now gone.
Centereach NY location gone
After the app update, Centereach NY location is no longer on the list. I usually place and pickup my orders in Centereach location but I cannot place my online order anymore coz it doesn’t show the Centereach store. So inconvenient to have go inside the store, and wait for a long queue and usually there’s just one staff working.
