So i download it and then it told me too get the other app and i did then i could use it but i tried to put my location and it won't work it i live in MA and it only had Miami so please please š don't get this app
Why does this app think Iām in New Orleans? Iām 1000 miles away
Itās frustrating that I still canāt order drinks on this app. I hope they fix it one of these days.
Location?
Canāt change location and it wiped out my points once I put my phone number. The IT group should just off themselves for not knowing how to do anything

Iām in NY and itās telling me to order in New orlean. And no place on app to change location

wiped out all of my points from gong cha California app after they migrated to this app.
Best Boba ever
Me and my friend go there every week we always ride bikes we always get the same thing the workers there are the nicest people ever me and my friend wants cleaned up a mess of water on the ground, and they later came chasing after us out of the store to give us 10 out of 10
So glitchy
Loved the previous app, it send notifications right away when my order was received and tracked when it was ready. I downloaded the new one and it would not take my credentials. New app has been glitchy and slow.

Only 5 stores show up. My local store doesnāt even show up on the map

I was in Menifee California and ordered Gongcha there. The app doesnāt show the location and only display very limited location. As well there is no option to add point/reward online either.
Points system is rigged
I have been buying tea here for months. Havenāt used my points because a silly rule where I have to spend more than $7 to be able to use the points. When my drink is always below $6.
Even that is too much for a simple TEA. Nothing else!

Doesnāt work
Could not select store close to my location. App only shows stores in other states.
Not willing to road trip it for bubble tea.
It allows me to order from locations that are 500+ miles away from me. Even entering my location over and over again.
Not efficient for online orders
I had to download multiple apps to find out how to order at my local store and STILL CANT. Wasted my time and my boba mood is now gone.
Centereach NY location gone
After the app update, Centereach NY location is no longer on the list. I usually place and pickup my orders in Centereach location but I cannot place my online order anymore coz it doesnāt show the Centereach store. So inconvenient to have go inside the store, and wait for a long queue and usually thereās just one staff working.

Issues
Suddenly my entire reward disappears, I deleted the app and redownload and it wonāt let me login. I reset the password, it still says invalid password and it is the correct password. Please fix your app, this gong cha app has so many constant issues

Better than Joy Yeeās (Chicago)?
My wife and I are huge bubble tea fans. For the longest time, our go-to spot has been Joy Yeeās in Chicago. But ever since we discovered Gong Cha, itās become our new favorite! Donāt get me wrongāwe still have a lot of love for Joy Yeeāsābut Gong Cha has been so good. The staff is always friendly, and the drinks are consistently amazing. We highly recommend Gong Cha to anyone looking for some delicious bubble tea!
