I enjoy this platform, but feel it needs more publicity for more to come on board. Hope we persevere with spreading GoodHood so we eventually come to a level of participation where we truly meet physically in the neighborhood to do things together oftener.
Unable to login
I signed up long ago when goodhood was just launched. Decided to try the app again, but I am unable to login. Apple login doesn’t work. Google logins and my phone number are not linked. So I don’t know which Google address I used? Did I even login using Google previously? No password reset option. You must also use WhatsApp to use this app.
Update: I did login via sms - just need to pretend I don’t have a Singapore number then the UI would provide a bypass.

Checking is Apple ID still working for login
Checking is Apple ID login still available as it isn’t working after 4 weeks of offline… just tried a couple of times and not able to login
Feels very transactional
When i use the app , i feel as if people only use the app mainly to sell or buy stuff and not to actually create bonds with neighbours 😔 If they only want to buy and sell stuff, they should just use apps like shopee 🙄

i feel very safe with the singpass verification because i know i am talking to people who are verified to be living in my neighbourhood.

Great app to connect with neighbours
Was trying to look for neighbours to help me water my plant when I’m overseas and I managed to find a neighbour who lived nearby that was willing to help me ❤️

Amazing job on the app , that is definitely true , but there is one function i feel that can have improvements.
Maybe for the " posts " function , can all posts be editable and deletable ? I realised only " notices" posts captions can be edited and deleted but not regular posts.
Sometimes i want to update on certain things so i want to edit information to be more accurate but i cant . So now i have a bunch of irrelevant posts from the past that i cant delete .
Simply put :
- make all posts editable
- make all posts deletable
That is all :)

Completely user unfriendly app
The interfaces keep changing and it’s not improved at all. Always confused opening this app. Idk where to navigate/to find where are people sharing items around my area. Seriously, this app needs a revamp and a test with users before it should even be out for use!

My whole family using this gov supported app
My sis uses to give prelove clothes and ask my mom to use, she than uses it to collect rescued bread, than my mom force me to use. I started chatting with my neighbours. Now my whole family using it. Wife loves it as she enjoys giving my Lego n Star Wars collection away -.-
Great app with a great purpose
I just started using this app and already in love with message behind this app. So convenient to give items away and connect with neighbours. It deserves lots of awareness within our community.
Notifications still not working
I started using this app a year ago. Surprised that notifications on iOS is still not functional. I checked that Notifications permissions were enabled. As I was giving something away this week, it was inconvenient to arrange with person to collect item
Great concept for Singapore
Just got introduced to this app because I like to give away stuff, throwing is so wasteful. Really liek the Singpass verification, makes me feel so much safer. Kudos to the team that did this!

This is a lovely initiative, I have learnt a lot of new recipes! However, the app could have a function for neighbours to hold meetings or gatherings to share their food!
