Doesn't work with existing loan!
I applied for a loan with good leap over the phone got approval got loan, but their app will not let me access my existing loan. It just wants me to set up a new loan which I do not want to set up a new loan whoever thought up this app, really didn't think this thing completely out. Now my advice is for them to go back to college or get their money back, because this person who designed this app has no business being in any kind of loan or retail banking.

Doesn’t work for me!
This app does not work for my loan. Perhaps because I have a HVAC loan.
If your trying to pay early don’t Waste ur time with the app..
Entire reason I got the app was to keep up with my loan and pay. But there isn’t a pay option anywhere in the app. It’s almost pointless really.
Can’t log in, presumably because of solar loan
Downloaded this app so I could manage my solar panel loan, but I’m unable to sign in. The error messages and instructions are unhelpful and don’t really tell me anything. Based on others’ feedback I’m assuming that this app simply doesn’t work if your GoodLeap loan is for solar panels? Very frustrating considering I can manage all my other loans and finances through apps, this loan being the one exception.

I have a solar loan and not a home loan I can go to the website and login no problems with this app it will not allow meTo login, this would be very handy if it would work

It’s a Goodleap app but not for people that have loans threw them dealing with solar. Also they have 9 reviews but they only show 2 of them. Hmm….

Easy to Navigate
Impressed with how easy this App is to use. Please find a way for people to digitally be able to provide wet signatures. Other than this it’s perfect!
