My issue was addressed by the company. I am impressed in a quick response and solution. I previously wrote “Ads for Pennymac services are not mobile friendly and make it nearly impossible to just skip past them and make a payment”

Broken app

Most of the time the app is great. Recently I can’t use it because when i login theres a pop up asking if i want to signup to receive texts about offers that I already get and don’t want. I’m unable to dismiss the pop up because it’s too big and blocks the whole screen. When I click on app support in the App Store it simply redirects to the website. Please fix this!
