No landscape mode
I use an iPad in landscape. I’m bedridden. This has no landscape movement mode - portrait only, for iPhones. Very disappointing.
Fix Face ID
You have the ability for Face ID but it never works. It always fails even thought I get the green checkmark.

The bank sold my mortgage to these bafoons. 1 year in they jacked up my mortgage by $200. I expect it to increase periodically without warning or explanation. Wish I would’ve known about this before I bought a house!

I really dislike that you guys took away the debit card option. I have to wait like 3 to 4 days for it to clear my account. Would have been a 5 star if that wasn’t the case.

Automatic Payment fail
I set up the automatic payment to be taken out every month, but when I kept getting call after call from Pennymac, I realized it wasn’t working and I was now late with my payment and was charged a late fee. Very frustrating!
Where did mortgage balance go?
I’ve just opened the app after an apparent update and I can’t find the outstanding mortgage balance. Possibly the most critical piece of information and it’s nowhere to be found. If intentional, one of the most underhanded moves by a company trying to make money selling home equity products.
