“Safety triggers” that does not make any sense
I have been having it up to here with the “safety triggers” that this app does. I have been having uncountable headaches with this app. A clear example that triggered me to cancel any further activity related to my account was that I asked Gemini if it knew how to put oil into a Pneumatic Brad Nailer.. triggered the “safety chat guidelines” and just got done with it. I would recommend to get you another AI app that doesn’t pull up dumb messages for no reason.

Life changing
The ability of Gemini to research topics and provide a detailed analysis and summary is amazing. I’m in the process of buying an expensive used boat and have been blown away by Gemini’s ability to research specific boats and compare and contrast. Plus the ability to load photos, especially of engine rooms and mechanical systems and get back unbelievable detail and helpful information has made the process so much more efficient. I realize I’m not tapping in to even close to the full capability, but it’s a game changer for me. I use it multiple times a day. I also try to verify and corroborate all the important things, as I don’t fully trust the AI Tech. But so far, so good!

Too glitchy fails tasks and creates its own tasks
Scrolling Bug Issue
Recently Started Having Issues Scrolling back to the top to reread the information that was given by Gemini. The scroll will only go halfway up and then it will automatically revert you back to the bottom. Tapping the top of my phone (by camera area) will put me at the top of the page however, if I try to scroll past half way down from the top, it kicks me all the way back to the bottom and I have to start over.

Been crashing randomly and losing access to existing chats
Ever since the last ui overhaul, the chats have lost durability, especially the temporary ones, as they seem to crash or disappear entirely upon switching apps or revisiting old chats with long history. Definitely messed up running some migration.

It doesn’t even function right.
Whenever I use this app for video games or art projects everytime I send a photo to my art after they told me what to shade or do it always says “Sorry can’t edit this image” even tho I never asked it to like I’ll ask it something like “Did I do it correctly?” Then it will complain that it can’t edit the image when it’s not even close to what I asked even if I change the wording it will say it over and over. ANOTHER THING IS WHEN I PLAY VIDEO GAMES AND ASK FOR HELP IT CANT EVEN FUNCTION LIKE ILL TELL IT WHAT GAME, EXACTLY WHERE I AM WITH A GOOD AMOUNT OF DETAILS THEN IT WILL SKIP AHEAD FAR TO THE POINT I DONT KNOW WHAT ITS TALKING ABOUT AND TELL ME HOW TO COMPLETE THAT ROOM EVEN WHEN I TELL THEM OVER AND OVER WHERE I ACTUALLY AM, WHEN I CORECT IT, IT BASICALLY SAYS IM WRONG EVEN THO WHEN I DO IT IM CORRECT, I KNOW AI ISNT PERFECT BUT IT SHOULD NEVER GET THINGS WRONG THAT MUCH.

Dangerous - can’t even remember life saving medication
Over 50 times (I have this documented with receipts) I have told the AI to remember my life saving medication. It tells me it has cleared all other memory besides my medication- so it can’t forget. Every single day it does not remember. But it remembers completely false information I never even told the AI. This is in the PRO VERSION. How dangerous and pathetic.
