Ai feature missing
I’m assuming by now they should be a Gemini feature within Google Keep. This seems to be an inconsistency and most of the mobile apps for example the Google sheets don’t have Gemini either. Which is weird to.me
Missing home screen widget
Without the home screen widget this is unusable for me. And makes it a completely different experience on android vs ios
Mediocre but does the job
I know it’s a big ask, but how about an expand/collapse nested checklists?
Simplicity is the key
I use a daily! My y company has me do three different reports for the same function, the simple text copy and paste help you not have to rewrite everything three different times. I also use it in my personal life to keep me on track especially like the check off boxes for things to do.

Mit dem letzten Update reagiert die App immerhin auf die dynamischen Schriftarten von Apple, lässt sich also in verschiedenen Stufen anpassen. Damit sind insbesondere die ganz normalen Notizen deutlich besser lesbar. Was immer noch fehlt, ist die Möglichkeit, die Schriftgrößen innerhalb der App individuell anpassen zu können. Insbesondere auch Schriftgröße und Schriftart für selbst erstellte Notizen. Insgesamt aber eine gute Entwicklung, mit der Notizen App von Apple kann sie aber noch nicht mithalten, weil hier im Vergleich einige Funktionen fehlen (zum Beispiel der PDF Export von Notizen, die KI Korrektur von Diktaten hinsichtlich Orthographie und Grammatik u. A. M).

Google Keep has been my best note app for over 8 years. I really like the app and it’s features even on my iPhone.

Only opens all the way 50% of the time
Not sure what’s up. It gets stuck opening. Maybe the Gemini team messed this up too?

New update ruined everything
Used this app forever and on the new update it no longer opens only perpetually loads the logo. A decade of writing waisted
Glitchy and Low Functioning
On a mobile Apple product, I can’t even format text. The app is also regularly buggy and does not save work.

I request the team to reflect the format of the text in mobile application. In web, we can use bold italics, underline formatting options but the same is not updated for mobile application

I just downloaded it but i do not want to sign into a google account. That’s all. PS: It crashes when i press app feedback - although i have lots of storage left. Huh… very weird.

Switching after over a decade
I wanted to keep using this app after I moved to iOS, but it has never functioned on my phone. There is a constant blinking banner at the bottom of screen that says can’t connect, try again. It flashes very fast and is always there, making the app useless. Even after all the updates this problem still happens. I’m very sad to leave this app, but I need something that will work.

Memories and information lost
I’ve been using this app for 10 years. I had probably 1000 notes. Recently the app started to malfunction. Since updating, the app won’t even open on my phone. I tried the refresh instructions being given in these reviews which hasn’t worked. I tried the app on my other device (ipad and laptop) and now all my notes are blank.

No dates / “last edited” anymore
I love this app but after recent update, they’ve taken away the Last Edited which used to be at the bottom. Now there’s no way to see when a Note was created or last edited. Can this please be fixed? Baffled as to why this would be removed, possible glitch?
Needs Work
It would be nice if we could add headings, bold, italics, underline, highlighting for school notes, etc. There aren’t many customization options compared to other note style apps.

*Update* My views have not changed on this the ability to lock individual notes for me would be a game changer so this still only gets 3 stars.
I love the look of google keep much nicer than the native notes app on the iPhone but keep lacks two things. The ability to lock individual notes and the ability to attach a PDF hence why I only have it 3 stars. I used to have a google phone and complained about the exact same things. Most note apps let you lock individual notes and add PDFs so why can’t Keep?!
