*Update* My views have not changed on this the ability to lock individual notes for me would be a game changer so this still only gets 3 stars.
I love the look of google keep much nicer than the native notes app on the iPhone but keep lacks two things. The ability to lock individual notes and the ability to attach a PDF hence why I only have it 3 stars. I used to have a google phone and complained about the exact same things. Most note apps let you lock individual notes and add PDFs so why can’t Keep?!

Months ago my google keep quit opening up I can’t get it !
Great app for small notes
Great app for maintaining small notes.
Features like checklists, photos, reminders, pinning, reordering, easy archiving are super useful.
4 star for me though as the keyboard is constantly closing /minimising whilst typing which is a frustrating UX. This only happens on Google Keep so is clearly a bug.

Failure for saving Gemini notes
It said down load the app to save intinary for Hawaii. Does not work :-(

I would like them to make the app lockable (face ID needed), so notes can be locked and not accessed by everyone but asides from that, it’s a great app

Duplication glitch?
I used to love this app until about a week ago when it decided to multiply all of my notes. Now there’s about 40 copies of each note I had which makes it impossible to use and would take forever to delete them all
Close but no PDF and please a search function!

My Digital “Swiss Army Knife”
This is a great catch”Catch All” for notes, ideas, photos, and lists! I use it every day. It is something that helps to make my life run smoothly.
Needs to have features added
We started using keep notes because our apple notes we had shared wouldn’t update. Keep notes does update, but there are a lot of things that could be improved.
Problems:
-if you want checkboxes in a note then everything has to have a checkbox, so you can’t have headings etc.
- you cannot bold, underline, italicize, etc the text
- you cannot change font sizes
- when you make a numbered list it doesn’t tab the text so the list looks messy and hard to read. (same with a list with dashes)
Overall I feel that keep notes should be able to do everything that Google Docs can do but in a notes form.

The app won’t open
The app won’t open. Even after Google pulled out of China, I kept using this for years—so much critical data is stored in it. It hasn’t been synced in about a year. On iOS 26.5 with my iPhone 13… is there any way to retrieve my data?

Like the title says, it's pretty amazing how after all this time there still isn't such a basic feature.
Font Size
I absolutely love this app. I’ve been using it for years now and writing in any other note apps feels weird.
The only problem is the text size and style. There should be an option for choosing both in the settings. My phone’s text size is small but the apps’ text size is really big. I tried all the methods but nothing worked. Kindly sort this out. Plus, add a few fun font styles.

Was ist mit der App plötzlich los?
Ich nutze Notizen seit Jahren gern und intensiv. Plötzlich kann man nun aber keine Farben für die Notiz mehr auswählen und wenn man rechts auf die 3 Punkte geht um zB die Notiz zu löschen passiert auch nix außer dass der Hintergrund plötzlich grau wird. Hab alles versucht- auch neu installiert, Ki gefragt- Was ist da los?

Stopped working
Used to be good but recently have been unable to select the 3 dots within a note to delete or select the palette to change the colour, these options are still there but nothing happens when I tap on them, so I have to come out of the note to do this, also the patterned backgrounds have disappeared from the palette.

Antiquated
Goodbye Google Keep. It was kinda good while it lasted. You were my one and only, my go-to note app, my ride-or-die. But after years together, you simply have not evolved. There's a world of excitement out there and I'm ready to explore. "Why?" you ask? I'll try help you understand...at first, you labeled/tagged my inner most thoughts and it was so cool. But when I needed to BOLDLY emphasize, you were nowhere to be found. Also, your fonts are restrictive and boring. I kept hoping one day we could get fancy together and dress up our notes. I've grown tired of the same ol' wallpaper...a fork? a pencil? Seriously? They gave me the icks! Oh yeah...and I always had to search through each separate Gmail account to find what I wanted. If only we could've searched all those accounts in one fell swoop. But noooooo. Sorry. I should've known better than to expect a surprise of new features and options. Was that too much of an ask? Everyone else has fancy things to look forward to. Me? I'm too restricted and bored with this relationship. We've been together for years, but it's time for me to set myself free! After all, it's true; the features are greener on the other side.

Lacking
How can I simply not copy a text when using this on a web browser and paste somewhere else.

Unusable
Crashes on open and even when it does work, it’s an accessibility nightmare.
Keyboard Randomly Closes
Keyboard randomly closes whether I’m mid-typing or not while using this app. This app is so buggy. Please fix. It’s difficult to get anything done with this issue.
