Don’t upgrade as you will loose your money!!!
If you upgrade your plans and you still have any months left on the previous plan, you loose the money! I spoke to customer service and this is how it it. I had paid for a whole year for 100GB, but I needed more storage, so I upgraded to 200GB. Even though I had 4 months left on the previous one plan, it was cancelled.

No way to disconnect Google Photos
Needing Google Photos disconnected because it’s causing my storage to be full. I do not want to resubscribe because I can’t bill through my phone bill anymore.
Keine Verwaltung möglich
Derzeit Stand 05/26 lässt sich nach einem Downgrade oder Kündigung eines Abos nichts mehr verwalten. Auch nicht das Restabo. Der Bildschirm wird weiß und das Rad dreht sich unendlich. Die Aboverwaltung war mit dieser absolut überflüssigen App schon immer grenzwertig, aber seit Google AI dazu kam, ist es noch schlimmer. Finger weg und wenn Abo, dann im Browser abschließen.

Absolute garbage! Where is google two!?
This app is the worst thing that has ever come out on the App Store! First of all, I searched all over the app store for several days looking for "Google two", only to find that there isn't one! What?? Secondly, my son wanted to use this app only to pay 9999.99$ on useless things! I tried to get my money back but they wouldn't allow me to! And last, and the worst, was one evening when my daughter was using the app, I went to use the restroom, and when I came back, her skin was the colors of the Google logo! I took her to the doctor immediately, and they told me she was fine but the colors were permanent and would never come off! And that is why I hate this app so much!

Returning to Samsung immediately. I no longer wish to continue with any services or products associated with Apple. They are clearly committing theft by deceptive business practices. I am out!

I was paying A lot more for this than I ever should have. Google was, Billing me for Google Drive for google 1 and then adding in 200GB for more photo storage It said I needed but didn’t! Am done getting ripped off! even now, that am canceling the theft, I have almost every GB of the 2T am paying for on Google Drive and it keeps telling me I need to buy more cloud storage before losing ALL MY DATA! Google takeout is a scam everything is corrupted nothing can be downloaded! Am done getting ripped by cloud storage going back to External SSD! Microsoft Google Apple are ripping people off.

Fraud in the name of Convenience
I have paid for 200gb and 2tb for the same gmail account in the same month, because the 2tb plan which i actually needed was not available by default, but my 2tb plan is not getting activated, my money got debited, app store is saying 2tb plan is active, but i am not getting to utilise more than 200gb, all my mails and everything is getting bounced. I don’t know, do I go to Consumer Forum for resolution or where? You guys don’t even have a Helpline or anything… It has been over 24 hours since i have made both the payments.

La app va muy lento pese a tener una buena conexión a internet, no solo eso sino que las funciones importantes están ocultas solo para resaltar que DEBES pagar una suscripción mensual. La app va lento y no cargan los videos, una basura total para lo que cobran

I’ve never seen anything on here that has helped solve a problem. Like getting obvious spam messages that aren’t labeled spam that show up in my notifications.
