LOCAL STAFF FOR UPGRADTION IS AN ISSUE
GPay business service and their platform are truly excellent which has been very benificical for my business .
However local staff who visit for service upgrades can sometimes bit inconvenient with timing and working style if they could manage this better it would make the experience even better

Add a simple queue management system for small businesses in india like salon, spa, clinics, and others businesses
Customer can join the queue with their google pay app and businesses can manage the queue with their google pay for business app
So customers can join the queue and wait in the virtual waiting room and get notify before their turn
This feature is very useful for small businesses who can’t afford expensive queue management systems

Fraud employees
I applied for google pay business and a agent was asign to verify and deliver me my kit. But in that kit there was sound pod and my business didn’t need sound pod. But the agent scammed me by saying “Your profile will not be verified if you don’t take sound pod, it is mandatory by company to buy it.” He didn’t even told me about the monthly 125 charges that will be deducted from my payments. He sold me that sound pod for 250 online payment that he said will be refunded.
Today I received a feedback call from the company where I got to know that it wasn’t compulsory to buy it??
And they told me to contact customer care, but customer care said that I would not get any refund of as it is not in company policy.
What policy????
Scamming customers is in your policy???
I want my refund.
And such agents should be terminated permanently.
I don’t even know company will read this review or not but if you do, then return my deducted amount asap and take action on that agent.

Worst experience
This is serious…
We users buy the sound box for our convince .
But this sound box has became an headache for me .
The representative sold me a plan for 1000 rs/month in which i need to complete 100 transactions per month and i will be credited with 125 rs .
The first month was of 100 transactions and I recited 125 rs instantly.
But from the second month The transaction limit was 400 transactions per month for 125 rs refund .
Now the game begins , I complained the representative & the Costumer care support as well , but there’s no response or any action on it .
More than 6 calls from my side but not a single response from them .
Now I’m done and as they want , I’m not complaining any more
Just beware of this and then buy the sound box .

Narrow think of GPay about business in India
Is it necessary for the proprietor to be physically present at ever outlet. I have multiple business in different cities and I can’t be present at every store for verification.I can make video call with PAN Card for verification and my manager can make video call for business verification. But GPay business is asking me to be present at store. didn’t expect from such a big company to have such a limited thinking
