Complete waste of time

Too convoluted and confusing! Cannot sync or generate code despite attempts on multiple platforms. FIX THIS NONSENSE!

Abandoned

Does not function on modern mobile OSes

Google FAIL

When you try to authenticate a Gmail login, it asks you to go to the Smart Lock app to generate a code. But you’re already in Smart Lock trying to log in so you can’t generate a code.
Option 2: scan a QR code. Except you’re on your phone trying to log in so you can’t scan that code.
I’ve spent more than 2 hours in the past two days trying to log into my work email on my phone (that I magically lost access to. I was signed in since I got that account) because Google decided I need two factor authentication. Right now. I never turned it on and can’t log into my account in Smart Lock to turn it off.

Brilliant

Please use Google smart lock to log into Google smart lock

Smart lock? more like dumb lock

I need to install Smart Lock and generate a code to log into my google account. In order to generate a code, I need to log in to my google account. See the problem here? For a multibillion dollar company, Damn google is stupid

Useless

Trying to recover my account ant this app is just an infinite loop!

Unusable

I cannot login without using a passkey that I have never created. I click to use another method to login, and it only gives me the option to use a passkey. Tell me, how am I supposed to use a passkey that doesn’t exist? How have you just decided to lock me out of my own account even though I have all imaginable credentials to this account minus a non-existent passkey?

Works fine for me

Not sure if it’s just me but it works fine and I guess barely anyone uses it to rate new ratings

Terrible

It doesn’t work. Incredibly hard to setup and make use of it therefore not useful.

absolutely not

google simply does NOT need access to every bluetooth device I own. I will NEVER use this utility. time to switch to Tuta, or Proton, I think!

Worst thing Google has made

I miss the old two factor. This garbage and Google alike think that I’m going to somehow scan a QR code to sign into my email while I’m holding my phone as if my front facing camera can scan a code on my screen. I can’t sign into anything hardly without going through an endless loop of garbage. Negative stars if possible

I needed to sign into sign in

Non sense

When you open this application for the first time, it ask you a code from the application it self.

It doesn’t work

It doesn’t work, plus i already had two factor set up, so why is this needed?

It generates codes that do not work.

It simply doesn’t work.

Way too complicated

I hate this app. I’m just going around in circles and wasting my life. Whoever developed it, I hate them too! I just hate it so much! Aaaaauuuggghhh!!!! Worst app ever!!!

Sem noção

Para instalar ele me solicita a senha dele próprio porém eu já tou logado no celular e nem assim ele loga. Muito ruim

보안코드가 안와요

보안코드가 안오는데 오게하는 방법좀요 제발

Oh no

The only

If I wanted this I would have asked

Forcing me to download a separate app to log into my account that I already had two factor set up on isn’t something I asked for nor that you should force your consumers into without consent. Incredibly hard to sign into your account when the app you need to sign in needs you to be signed in already, which you can’t do without the app that requires you to have been signed in.
