Great app for calming down
Really helps with regulation and sleep/ the calm down videos are similar to @therapyjessaofficial social media but more calming and slow. Great for anxious minds
A place to regulate
I am a huge fan of Jessa's online content @therapyjessaoffical although Instagram and TikTok are always grabbing at my attention. I'm so grateful to have a new dedicated place to visit whenever I need to take a moment to myself to pause, name my emotion, and bring myself back to baseline. Plus there is a community of like minded individuals to connect with on the app!
