App crashing on android
My phone would shut off when I put my credit card details. I had to use iPad. This is serious. Also, I recommend an online website as it is more reliable than making transactions on the app.

Great price
The price of health insurance for the Super Visa is quite competitive. The app is very easy to use. You can simulate prices and dates as many times as you want. The application process was very simple. I didn't have any problems, so I can't comment on how it would be to handle a claim.
Easy to use
Was skeptical at first about this app but I have tried this for a few years now and I can say that this is legit! It's so easy to use and not complicated at all. And the best of all, the prices are so competitive for travel insurance! I recommended this to my family and friends!
Broken Functionality
It will not let me select country of residence when I added a visitor. Doesn’t allow to go past that step.
No Renewal Function
The app is mostly good. I just don’t understand why it is not possible to renew super visa insurance in the app

Quote issues
Trying to get a quote for top up to emergency medical insurance single trip. App does not let me choose NO when asking if trip will be in or through USA. It defaults to YES which is not the case for my trip. Please fix ASAP or you will lose a customer.
Horrible!
It is very easy to make your payment and buy insurance on the app but it’s horrible when you make a claim and goose is not helpful at all! Customers service emailed me back to contact the insurance company directly about claim instructions and said he called me earlier while there is no calls from them at all on my end. The actual phone number for the insurance company did not pick up my 4 calls! I just want refund and to cancel the rest of my plan. Going back to my old insurance company is far more efficient than wasting my time with Goose.

Crooks and cheats
This insurance broker picks the worst service providers and then pawns you off saying the claims are not their problems. They make buying the policy easy but to get any claims processed its a nightmare. Save you money and just pay out of pocket if you have issue. Do not bother to buy from these crooks. Terrible experience.
