What is the purpose of the “keep me signed in” button when it NEVER keeps me signed in? I have to re-log in EVERY few days, which is VERY ANNOYING. If it’s going to require a sign-in so often, at least allow for face ID to make it easier please.
App is awful
Is this suppose to be a cruel joke? You can’t long into the application with your login credentials. All it does is open the website.

Would not recommend
Can barely do anything on the app, you are better off just using their website. When an express delivery is put in, it does not show order confirmation let alone an order at all. This app is useless.
Worthless
Since the latest update I was forced to do it’s impossible to sign into the app. The choice of home use vs business use is no longer there.. it’s only business use, and when I tried to sign in (as being the only option)it wouldn’t acknowledge my password. I hit “forgot password” even though I didn’t, so it would send me a link via email that never came. Totally worthless now so I deleted the app and will shop online at the store who’s app only gets better and better with each update. Your loss GFS.

Useful. Better than a few years ago.
Very useful for my small business. My only, (and kind of a big) complaint is that you have to use specific item names to get search results. Searching for products gets very frustrating if you haven’t ordered them before or are looking for a new product. A couple positive aspects: your in-store purchase items (separate tab) are accessible so you can reference that list. The items are broken down for easier pricing (when figuring menu pricing and cost control)

What is wrong with your app?? It no longer shows a button for regular consumers…only business??!! I shop here regularly and want to see what is on sale!

Logs out. Out of date info
Pretty much a useless app. Cant order through it. The delivery times are not updated appropriately. Texts are more accurate. The app continuously logs out user. Not worthwhile

This just brings you to a web site though a browser. Might as well just go to the web site and skip the app.

SSO doesn’t work for mobile login
I can login online however the SSO for mobile app is not functional and keeps looping to login screen. Company as this big , they should do a better job at testing before releasing this app on App Store . Was excited to see GFS had mobile app but now I am very disappointed after installing and trying it out .
