I’ve been comparing the fashion jewelry on the Gorjana site to other brands I’ve ordered from, which have been hit or miss. There were two Gorjana items I had my eye on and since there is a Gorjana store in Houston, I decided to go and see the quality. From the moment I walked in the store, I felt welcomed! From the store associates to the So Cal clean lines, to the jewelry. Everything was just beautiful! I purchased 6 items!

Slowest App Ever
Your app loads like I’m using a 1990 blackberry. Fix how slow it takes to load the page and move around on it. Terrible!!
Buggy and slow
I rarely write reviews but trying to purchase and view items on this app is atrocious. First it takes forever to load. Second sometime it freezes. Third the app crashes. FYI I’m on an iPhone 17 and latest iOS 26.1 update. If my wife didn’t like the jewelry and I haven’t bought from her in the past via the website I’d probably go elsewhere

For my daughter’s wedding I gave her two bracelets with her daughters initials. She absolutely loved them! 😍
Password
My account was created in-store, & now I am unable to setup my password on the app. Each time I attempt to create a password, I receive an email informing me to “click to activate account,” but when I do, I’m redirected to the website & nowhere to create a password.

I would love to see an option for items that you’ve purchased outside of the app, or that were given to you as gift, to be stored on the app. Call it “My Jewelry Box” or something.

Gorjana has the most amazing jewelry and so many beautiful options for anybody’s budget. But more than that, they have the most amazing associates and customer service in the game. Kindness thoroughness it’s just an A+ all around!

Selection
The jewelry selection on the app differs significantly from the website, making it less useful for shopping and better suited for tracking orders. I initially turned to the app because the website was glitching, only to find that the piece I wanted wasn’t available there. Ultimately, I had to return to the website to complete my purchase. While the products themselves are excellent and I couldn’t be happier with them, the app fell short of expectations.
