App doesn’t work
Just a crap service. App doesn’t work, website doesn’t work. Support keeps you on hold as much as they can and then just disconnect. We will pass your case to a “higher support” that’s all you will hear every new day you check back on the status of your ticket which they promise to open but never able to provide the actual ticket number.

Very poor service help
So much crap to deal with, poor service on the phone trying to get help, you get to talk to a live person after saying help and transfer me at least a dozen times.
The app is never working.
Is this a joke? The app never worked.
Hopeless app and support
It’s impossible to even login to this app. There is clearly no investment in it or maintenance on it. When I enter my password the OK button is greyed out. Even when I try various workarounds to get the app to acknowledge my login attempt, including “forgot my password” it delivers a “no response from server error.”

Poorly functional app
App never lets you log in despite having all the correct info. I have also been kicked off auto pay a few times, building didn’t get paid and had to sign back up through customer service because my phone got cut off.

Very slow
I downloaded this app to check my data usage. Half the time my data usage does not show up or it is so slow I give up.
Broken app
Can't set up the app. I enter all my information and still can't get in. When I call customer service I am told they can't help with the app.
They insist my email is bad (it's a standard Microsoft email) when I click on forgot password it reads success but I never get any sort of email.
