A week before the event I checked back and could no longer access them… what followed was a week of maddening phone calls and messages with their chatbots. I would wake up to three or four missed calls from different reps that provided no new info. I was told to call but couldn’t reach anyone on the phone. I was told to chat them, but had to talk to an AI chatbot for fifteen minutes, explaining my case each time from the beginning, before I would be connected with a real person who was not much better.
Their solution to every problem is to offer a 10% discount on future orders, as if that were something I’d ever consider. I would rather pay a markup with the official seller than ever use GoTickets again.

The entire show felt unorganized and poorly managed. Staff did not appear trained, and the overall experience was chaotic instead of enjoyable. The washroom situation was a complete disaster — not family-friendly at all and especially difficult with kids.
The biggest shock was the ticket pricing. I accidentally purchased tickets through Go Tickets and paid $608 CAD for 1 adult and 2 kids. The very next day, my friend bought tickets directly for around $60 per adult and kids entered free.
A price difference from roughly $60 to over $600 for the same event is absolutely unreasonable. There should be better regulations and transparency on ticket resale platforms so families are not trapped into massively inflated prices by mistake.
Extremely frustrating experience overall.
