Responsive support
When version 9.6 was released the app stopped working on my iPhone 8. When I contacted support I got instant confirmation of receipt. The following day I received an email requesting more details. My reply was again replied to with an expiation of the problem and an expected date for solution. As planned, the 9.7 version was released - problem solved. If others criticise this support response and fix then they fail to understand the complexity of ensuring an app works with everything that is also changing around us.

Today I am editing my review from 1 star back to 4 stars, as it appears the devs have fixed the bug preventing opening the app.

Discounts are poor, some listed places refuse to accept it…
Overall a terrible offering from my bank that includes this with my account. The reach of places listed is limited to begin with. Two I have visited locally refused to honour the app full stop despite being listed. The pizza deals need further scrutiny as well, as promotions and combo deals at the time were offered to any customer with a better level of discount than this affords. Really can’t recommend it.

Very poor
The app is terrible. It forgets where you are searching, so each time you need to tell it. It gives you restaurants miles away from where you want. The developers clearly blender actually use the app, otherwise they would realise how hard they have made it to use. Why not have a filter that lets you specify the max distance from your selected location. If I’m in Bath I really don’t want a restaurant in Swindon FFS

Cinema tickets more expensive than booking direct
Really not sure how I am supposed to use this app. It appears that cinema tickets are more expensive when using the app than booking direct. Each different offer has a different method of redeeming the money, all rather confusing and takes too long.
