É muito ruim este aplicativo
Aplicativo EXTREMAMENTE frustrante
Esta já é a terceira vez que tenho um problema sério de acesso com o aplicativo gov.br. Desta vez, o sistema afirma que minha conta está vinculada a “outro dispositivo”, mesmo eu estando usando o mesmo celular de sempre, inclusive o mesmo aparelho em que acessei minha conta normalmente há poucos dias.
Tentei gerar o código de acesso pelo próprio aplicativo, mas o app diz que não pode gerar o código neste dispositivo. Tentei a opção para quem está com dificuldade para gerar o código. Também tentei confirmar minha identidade por meio de login bancário, concluí a autenticação, autorizei o acesso e, ao voltar para o gov.br, o sistema continuou exigindo exatamente o mesmo código que ele se recusa a gerar.
Ou seja: o sistema consegue confirmar minha identidade por um banco, mas ainda assim não me permite entrar na minha própria conta. Depois de várias tentativas, o resultado é um loop de autenticação e a necessidade de esperar até três dias por suporte.
O problema aqui vai muito além de interface confusa. O aplicativo precisa de um redesign sério de UX/UI, baseado em pesquisa real com usuários e testes de usabilidade, porque hoje os fluxos são confusos, circulares e falham justamente em situações de recuperação de acesso. E, sinceramente, também parece necessário revisar profundamente o back-end e a lógica de autenticação, porque não adianta redesenhar a tela se o sistema continua tratando o mesmo aparelho como outro dispositivo e criando loops impossíveis de resolver.
Um aplicativo usado para documentos e serviços essenciais do governo precisa ser confiável, previsível e fácil de recuperar quando algo dá errado. Hoje, não é.

The worst app on the plant
Quite literally one of the most frustrating and poorly functioning apps I have ever used. The entire experience feels like a constant battle just to accomplish basic tasks that should be simple and intuitive.
Things that should take seconds turn into unnecessarily complicated, repetitive, and infuriating processes. Features don’t work the way you expect them to, instructions are unclear, and you constantly find yourself going in circles trying to figure out why something that should obviously work simply doesn’t.
The worst part is how much time this app wastes. You can spend an absurd amount of time troubleshooting something, finally think you’ve figured it out, and then run into another problem immediately afterward. Instead of making your life easier, the app somehow manages to make even straightforward tasks more difficult.
The user experience is terrible. It feels unintuitive, unreliable, and unnecessarily complicated. When something goes wrong, there is very little useful guidance explaining what happened or how to fix it. You are left guessing, retrying the same things, searching for answers, and becoming increasingly frustrated.
I genuinely cannot remember the last time an app aggravated me this much. There are plenty of apps with bugs or occasional problems, but this is on another level. Using it feels like an exercise in frustration.
For something that people presumably need to rely on to actually get things done, this desperately needs a major overhaul. Fix the reliability, simplify the interface, provide useful error messages, and actually test the user experience from beginning to end.
Absolutely terrible experience. I would give it zero stars if that were an option.

Links que não funcionam, brechas por toda parte. Tudo é feito para confundir em vez de ajudar. Links that don’t work, loop holes all over. Build to confuse and not help.

Pessimo aplicativo, não tem nada de facilidade, só complica a vida do cidadão. Baixa eficiência, lento.
