Não tem a opção cancelamento nem a opção para agendamento de técnico para visita em casa pois pede para ligar e a gente fica esperando horas no telefone e eles não te atendem ou falam que marcam a visita e o atendimento técnico não aparece. Estou tentando cancelar meu plano desde as 13 hs e já são 16:00. Um absurdo!!

Abusa de recargas

Além de ameaças de desconectar a linha , número, acham algum jeito de engolir recargas: meu plano é de R$16 por 5GB e 15 dias. Fiz recarga Sábado de R$25 e só tem 0,58 centavos de crédito… Como?
