Buying Tickets
For the past few times trying to buy tickets through this app it comes back saying that the transaction failed. It says it could be putting the info in wrong or there is insufficient funds. None are the case for any of the cards I put in. The only reason this isn’t getting a 1 star is because it has worked in the past and I rather like this app. But if I can’t use it for its main purpose then it has failed completely.

How the frick do I create a rewards account
I go to the rewards tab and it just says already a member check balance
Trash app
There’s no way to actually log into the app for faster checkout. When you choose your seats and put in your information it gives an error screen with no way to go back and when you reload the app the seats you chose are locked out for like 15-20 minutes so you have to wait for them to be released by the app. All in all it’s 100% a trash app!

Works until it doesn’t
Would love to use this app to get my tickets since the fees are lower than Fandango but it never works right. Can usually get to the payment option before it times out the then when you try to buy them again the seats are blocked out while you wait for the hold to be removed. Good thing they took the time to update it just for it to still be useless

Not user friendly
1) Doesn’t store rewards card barcode.
2) Tells you how many rewards points you’ve earned but doesn’t tell you how to use them and what rewards you have earned (e.g., what does 1500 points get me).

Rewards do not work
There is nowhere to log into an account in this app UNTIL you go to purchase tickets. It then prompts you to enter your account info or continue as guest. I entered my existing account info which then caused the app to give an error with no way to go back. After refreshing and trying again, the seats I picked are now greyed out and can’t be picked even though I never paid for them.

Ever since update
Will not load showtimes anymore for any theatre ever since app was updated. Why fix something that wasn’t broken.
Where is the Kalamazoo 10?
As far as I know, the Kalamazoo 10 is a GQT theater. So why isn’t it in the app?

Useless just like their customer service and rewards program is.
Why use this app?
The app in its current state has far less utility than the GQT website. Based on recent reviews the app has been in this condition for some time now. If upgrades are going to be this prolonged and cripple the app to this degree, perhaps consider removing the app from the App Store until a functional version is ready for use.

Will not work in my area
I used to love this app. Easy to use, convenient, could check points, and buy tickets. I haven't been able to see what movies are playing or times for months in my area let alone access points or tickets. I understand updates need to be done, but this has been ongoing for MONTHS. I have to use their website just to see what's playing. Bummer.

For whatever reason it only comes up with a theater a couple towns over.

Very disappointed
This app does let me have my points or track my spending. We see movies most every weekend and this app says I haven’t bought any tickets.
TERRIBLE App!!!
This app used to work great before the pandemic but after the pandemic it has been terrible. It never connects to the rewards page, it always says “connection error” and it doesn’t let me accumulate points. Everytime I purchase a ticket logged in to my account, it makes me log in again after the purchase, and my account appears completely empty with no purchase history and 0 points. Awful, frustrating app!

Need more fixing
Fix it so I (we) can actually access our rewards! I’ve never been able to since I’ve downloaded the app. I’ve emailed back and forth with people about it and nothing had been resolved
I love GQT theaters- the app is terrible
I can’t even get my theater as an option so I can see what’s playing by me! What’s the point to the app.
