I do like the food it’s really tasty. The prices are kinda get me but for a once in a while treat it’s not to bad. I do have an issue with the app. I have tried to change my phone number but it will not let me do so. I went into the store and they told me sadly they would have to delete my account and start from new. Bummer because I have points and really don’t want to lose them. Please can you fix that little glitch. I just wanted to let you know I have referred you to many of my friends and family members. I’ve taken some of the baked goods to family gatherings and they loved them all. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Gaining points
Not easy to use, doesn’t seem like you can scan to gain points and you can only order for pick up. So I’m not sure how to gain points

So glad that now i can easily order through my phone at Grace Coffee. Loyalty is sweet too
Totally useless
App closed when I tried to place an order with the Verona location- wanted to pick up coffee when I'm out walking my dog. Better get this app working or the Starbucks across will get all the customers who want to order ahead.
Online ordering awful
First of I love grace. Their food is too notch. But the app is awful. The on line ordering does not actually describe the items, or list any ingredients. Also trying to make modifications or additions is impossible

Good start but it needs updates
It would be nice if the products on the app matched the products on the store’s menu. Pictures of the menu items and the ingredients would be good to see on the application as well.
