Can’t stay signed in
Fine service, but having to sign in every time? On THE MOBILE APP? You people are so stupid. This is the biggest issue I’ve always had with gradescope. Time to turn something in? Time to go spend 2 minutes signing in and doing my schools 2FA. Maybe if I scooped my eyeballs out with a spoon in front of the developers they would add this extremely basic functionality. Idiots

Best Assignment Submission App
I use it for assignments in calc class at uoft and tests also are returns in Gradescope. The app makes it easy to check my grades daily. It allows you to join multiple courses and submit assignments in a way that corresponds each question to the pages you uploaded. This feature makes it easy for students to review their work and instructors to mark those questions. This tool is second to WebWork as a homework tool.

Over all the platform is not very intuitive and all most of the time when I’m clicking on something it doesn’t work

0 actual functionality. I downloaded to view submissions and feedback on asignments, cant view submitted pdfs or any grade feedback.

The website is good but the mobile app is completely useless. I cannot access any links posted by professors and it always staying in vertical screen mode on my iPad.
Good luck singing in
I love how the apps only option is to sign up. If you already have an account, you cannot get in. If you make an account in the app, you cannot get in. It is completely useless.
A version for teachers would be great.
I use Gradescope and it is great. It significantly reduces the time for grading exams and give feedback to students. It would be awesome if the app integrates tools for teachers.
Consistently Terrible
Every time I open this app, I have to do the login process all over again, and it’s an extraordinarily terrible login process
Camera Flash Bug
Every time I try and scan something on my phone for some reason gradescope forces my camera flash on and ruins my image quality. For some reason the developers make it impossible to manually override this making this app no more useful than any other submitting software.
Terrible functionality, decent UI
No auto login, inconsistency with the download button even working, and lack of functionality from the web version. Pathetic solution for software that is marketed for college students who should not have to deal with software this terrible when submitting work. UI is decently created but is undermined by the functionality.

Missing Most Important Feature
Why in the world do we not have the ability to actually see the grading on our submissions, like where we gained and lost points? Instead there's a button that opens Safari for some reason so that we can view it there
Photos not uploading in order
Whenever I had to submit an assignment I would select the photos in correct order but for some reason gradescope uploaded them all scrambled up which caused my grades to go down. I didn’t realize this until my professor had finally released the grades and now I can’t resubmit.
Tedious and incomplete
The app will not save your login meaning 2 factor authentication is required every use. It is not possible to use in group settings meaning you have to use the website version for labs and group based work.
