Doesnt work
I was prompted to check in on the mobile app, but it doesn’t work. I’m a little bit surprised that I got a push notification specifically to go out of my way to check in, when the app isn’t even functional. I think that the tech team should wait to make sure that the app works before notifying everyone of their guests to check in on it

Never works
I’ve stayed at Graduate hotels 3 times and the app never works. It’s supposed to let you check in remotely and you input all of your information and it times out at the last step. I’ve never been able to get past the step where you input your credit card information. I end up having to go to the front desk anyways, so you end up wasting your time. The app is supposed to let you use your phone to access your room. That function does not work consistently enough for me to feel comfortable using it. Why even offer an app if it doesn’t even work??
