Very useful and convenient

It’s really nice to have this app available for my apartment complex. I can easily submit a maintenance request and view the status of the request. It also makes it very easy to pay your rent right from your phone and you can set up autopay if you want to. My only complaint is that when paying with Apple Pay it adds just under $5 for a service fee. I’m not sure if the other payment options have that service fee as well.
