Every time I try to log in I have to get / reset password, I went to the Silverton office last week and they were actually closed due to computer issues.

I hate this app it constantly crashes I never know how much money I have because it won't let me log in

Horrible
This app is the worst when it comes to passwords. You can't paste in passwords from a password manager. This is how people end up using easy passwords, a cause for security concerns.

Over the years Tellie online has improved and updated. With 32 character password limit security gas taken a big leap forward. Mist passwords are still at the 20 limit.

Every time I update this app...
I have to delete it off my phone and re install it because once it updates, it no longer works properly
Let down
This app only works about once every 10 times I try to log in. I use the app to do mobile deposits since the bank itself is so far and has inconvenient hours. Super disappointing.
Crashing
This app crashes too much and says my password is invalid. Then, I have to go to another device to view my accounts.
Online banking
System is easy to use when I need to transfer funds or pay bills
Too many restrictions!
It is very clunky and there are too many restrictions, including the fact that you have to update your password and change it every six months.
