Dear User, It happens if you have already availed the free trial. Cancelling your subscription is a simple 3-step process. Please go to the settings app, visit your apple id and cancel the subscription.

This was my go to for training classes.
I would use them across the Mac’s machines. This is madness. Why would make this type of upgrade. It was my go to tool.
Years of work, creative ideas gone. I am just so disappointed. You gave up your old customer base for a new one. Why couldn’t you have catered to both.

The bugs you mentioned, especially notes duplicating and the app becoming unresponsive, are absolutely frustrating and not the experience we wanted anyone to have. Since this review, the app has gone through major improvements focused on stability, performance, and overall usability. We’ve polished the experience significantly, fixed many of the early issues, and introduced multiple new features to make note-taking smoother and more reliable than before. We truly appreciate you giving the app a try early on, and feedback like yours helped us improve it.
