Not efficient app
Unable to do most things through the app, like review applications or full function. It’s more so like a quick reference. Makes working remotely tough if you have to do so in a pinch on your phone.
Literally what is the point of this app
This may be one of the most useless pieces of software I’ve experienced to date. Can’t actually track anything for a candidate outside of a score card or their initial application. What happened to “applicant tracking?”

STEPS TO LOGIN:
1- Insert email
2- Insert Password
What password? No idea because on the website it only sent you a login code to the email and there is no option to create any password.

No way to login via SSO on mobile app
On Desktop when you enter your email there is a button that says “Click to use SSO”. On the app there is no option and it forces a password, which I do not have because my company uses SSO.
Zero stars
This has to be the most useless app in the App Store. In the age of AI there is no excuse for such incompetence. You cannot do ANYTHING on the app much like the mobile website, the latter which at least lets you switch to desktop. I hope these people hire developers using Workday or excel or a piece of paper.

If your goal is to antagonize your recruiters and hiring managers while they’re exhausted on the road, this is the way to go
(Btw it would probably be better for you guys to remove the link to the app from your website so you don’t expose yourself as negligent)

So easy!
I use the mobile app all the time for managing approvals or filling out scorecards. Simple, easy to use, and perfect for getting work done when I’m traveling.

Super fast and easy to get things done while on the go. I’m almost constantly the app exclusively while in transit. No issues on my end or my teams. simple UX.

The state of this app makes me question my decision to work with Greenhouse
No updates in over a year, no way to do meaningful work from the app, even the logo is out of date. I need to be able to access candidate and job info on the go when needed. Disappointed in this company.
Limited functionality
This app is essentially pointless. The functionality is severely lacking as you can’t do much other than view jobs & applicants. There is no way to edit jobs, move candidates, message, etc.

Cannot move candidates to different stages or send emails. With Bullhorn’s app, I can run my entire desk from my phone. Greenhouse has none of that capability

embarrassingly bad
how does a company that charges this much for an ATS still have such an awful mobile app? zero functionality - can’t schedule interviews, send emails properly , or do anything even remotely productive. Haven’t seen any significant updates/progress since I first downloaded two companies ago. Awful.
Mobile and web are totally different
It’s hard to understand how this can even happen, but interviews and reports that I have in the desktop version are not showing in the app version even though I’m logged in with the same single sign on in both locations. The app is therefore pretty much useless.
No iPad version
Would love to see additional feature as well as something tailored for a tablet.
Zero Functionality
App only provides a visual snapshot. App doesn’t enable the user to action on candidates or messages others as a direct result of no functionality.

Very limited
Just like the other reviews have said, the app is very limited to what the desktop version can do. That’s understandable, but it’s not helpful for much at all aside from seeing people who have applied and seeing what stage they are in. Unable to move stages, send interview confirmation, etc. from the app.
