Cab got cancelled in the last min
I booked the outstation cab 10 days ago, i came to Alibaug for a vacation and booked return journey via Grel, booking was confirmed, grel called me at last min saying we have cancelled the ride as its a remote area, why did you accepted the ride for 10 straight days and cancelling in the 11th. Contacted the Grel office but no support from them.

AC not working and Vehicle was not Clean
The vehicle was not at all clean and the car AC was not working during my recent move from Pune Airport to my residence. The driver had no suitable explanation.
Changing kilometres for the same route
There is something shady going on with this app. The kilometres for the same route jumps from 13 to 15 randomly and puts you in a higher fare bracket

While the local Ola Uber Marathi drivers are really rude this is like a premium experience. I can wait but I’ll prefer not to go in a local Marathi goons cab in Pune . Thank you for being the best thing in this worst city !!!!!

Best cab service, but still not available for city and intercity rides in NCR. Airport is mandatory either in source or destination. It will be good if the services rolls out for city and intercity rides as well in NCR.
GrEL Not reliable at all
They are not reliable so do not book for a meeting or travel. Cab was booked for early morning travel. Did not show up and even no message on the app.

I’m unable to book cabs after the latest app update.
Must-have App
GrEL e-cabs are a breath of fresh air after the stale experiences of riding in Ola and Uber cabs. GrEL cabs are silent, clean, and the drivers are polite and punctual. I really hope the standards are maintained consistently.
Good for airport transfer only
My experience has been good with airport transfer but horrible with city transport as my on the way cab was assigned to someone else and new cab was an hour away. No payment option within app, no customer service.

Always arrives on time, very well maintained cars, well behaved drivers, very convenient, value for money and obviously very good for the environment, Kudos!
Delighted with this new cab option in Pune
Three main reasons why I’ve switched to GrEl after only my 1st ride today:
1- They promise their drivers will never cancel on you, or else they pay out of their own pocket. Take notice, Ola and Uber — I’ve lost count of how often your drivers have stood me up.
2- Their fleet is all electric. When I have to get a cab from now on, I can proudly support the environment.
3- They actually make it easy to contact Customer Care instead of making you go round and round trying to find a way to reach them.l
Aside from a pleasant ride, the cab interior was quite attractive and spotlessly clean. I couldn’t be happier with my new ‘find’.

Great Initiative & Even Better Service
When I last travelled to Pune, I tried this app for travelling across the city for my work, honestly I was really happy with it. The app is easy to use. The cabs are clean and well maintained. The drivers always arrived 15-20 mins before time and always were polite and knew there way around the city. Overall my experience was very positive with the service. Will definitely recommend this to my friends.
